What should I do if there is no sound?

Ensure the transmitter is properly plugged into the car's cigarette lighter, the car radio is tuned to the same frequency as the transmitter, and the volume on the transmitter and car radio is turned up. Also check that your SD card or USB drive contains playable music files.

How do I select a specific folder on my SD card?

Pause the music first, then press the button on the left side of the unit (or use the remote's folder+ or folder- buttons) to navigate between folders. Press play to start playback from the selected folder.

The SD card must be formatted as FAT32 and contain MP3 or WMA files. Maximum capacity is 32GB. Try reformatting the card or using a different card.

Long press the CH button, then navigate to the Contrast option using ▶ or ◀. Short press to enter adjustment mode, then use ▶ or ◀ to change the contrast level. Press CH to save. This is only possible on the unit.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE YOUR FM TRANSMITTER:

1. Insert this FM transmitter into your vehicle's cigarette lighter or power port.
2. Tune to your radio to a desired FM frequency, then match that same frequency on to the FM transmitter by using the buttons on the unit or on the remote control.
3. Plug your compatible SD Card(Max 32GB, Not Included) into the SD port or USB Flash Drive (Max 32GB, Not Included) into the USB port of your FM Transmitter.
4. One key operation on REPEAT MODE and FOLDER SELECTION Function. Under playing music, press one key, which on the left side, It shifts to kinds of repeat mode; Under pause music, press one key, which on the left side, you can select the folder music directly for playing.
