How do I pair my phone with the FMT 380 BT?

Plug the transmitter into the car cigarette socket. It will power on and the display will flash, indicating pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select "FMT 380 BT". Once paired, the display stops flashing. For best audio, set phone and transmitter volume to maximum, then adjust car volume.

What should I do if I hear static or noise?

Static or noise can occur due to interference from nearby radio stations or similar frequencies. This is normal. Try changing the FM frequency on both the transmitter and car radio to another blank station. Ensure you tune to a frequency with no broadcast.

How do I adjust the FM frequency on the transmitter?

Press and hold the MFB for about 2 seconds until the display flashes, entering frequency adjust mode. Rotate the MFB to increase or decrease the frequency, or press the "Next" or "Previous" buttons to change it in steps. Match the frequency to your car radio.

Can I play music from a USB drive or SD card?

Yes. Insert a USB drive or Micro SD card (up to 32GB) formatted with MP3, WMA, WAV, or APE files. The transmitter will automatically detect and play music from that source. If multiple sources are connected, press the "Next" button for 4 seconds to switch.

How do I answer or make a call using the transmitter?

When a call comes in, press the MFB once to answer. To hang up, press the MFB once. To reject a call, long press the MFB for about 2 seconds. To redial the last number, double-click the MFB. The microphone is built-in for hands-free conversation.

Why does the transmitter not connect automatically?

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone before turning on the transmitter. The transmitter will automatically connect to the last paired device. If it doesn't, unpair and repeat the pairing process. Also check that the phone is within range (≤5 m).

Can I charge my phone while using the transmitter?

Yes. The transmitter has a USB-A charging port providing 5V / max. 2.4A. You can plug your phone into that port to charge while using the FM transmitter. Note that the working current increases when charging.

How do I switch between Bluetooth, USB, and SD card music?

If multiple sources are connected simultaneously, press and hold the "Next" button for about 4 seconds to switch between sources. When switching to Bluetooth music, you may need to press play on your phone to start playback.

Is it safe to leave the transmitter plugged in when the car is off?

To prevent draining your car battery, unplug the transmitter from the cigarette lighter socket after use. Even when not actively transmitting, the device consumes a small current.

What are the supported audio formats for USB/SD?

The transmitter supports MP3, WMA, WAV, and APE audio formats. Ensure your files are in one of these formats and the storage device does not exceed 32GB.

• For the best audio quality, please turn the volume of your phone and FM transmitter into the max level, and then adjust the car volume.
• If the noise is too loud, please try another blank FM station.
• The signal of any FM transmitter sometimes can be interfered by the surrounded radio or the similar frequency signal thus cause noise, this is normal.
• To prevent your car battery from being drained, please remove the product from the car charger port after use.
• Do not expose the product to rain, moisture, or snow.
• Do not disassemble the product incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire.
• To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the product before attempting any maintenance. Turning off controls will not reduce this risk.

ADJUST FM FREQUENCY

Press the MFB for about 2 seconds, the display flashes it means entered FM frequency adjust mode. Rotate the MFB to increase or reduce frequency. Press the „Next“ or „Previous“ button to increase or reduce frequency.

ADJUST VOLUME

Rotate the MFB to increase or reduce volume.

• Plug the transmitter into the car cigarette socket.
• The transmitter will power on after you plug it in, the display flashes means it is in pairing mode.
• Tum on the Bluetooth function of your smart device. Search for Bluetooth devices and select „FMT 380 BT“
• If pairing is successful, the display will stop flash.
• Tune the car FM radio to a blank FM station.
• Tune the FM transmitter into the same frequency with the car FM radio.
• Open the music player/navigation of your smart device, now it can transmit the phone calls, music or navigation to the car stereo system.

REMARK

It will connect to the last paired device automatically when turned on next time. (Turn on the Bluetooth of your smart device first, and then turn on the product).

For the best audio quality, please turn the volume of your smart device and FM transmitter into the max level.

The transmitter can make or answer a call after successfully connected to your phone via Bluetooth

• Redial the last number: Double-click the MFB.
• Reject a call: Long press the MFB for about 2 seconds.
• Answer a call: Press the MFB once.
• Hang up a call: Press the MFB once.

MUSIC PLAY/PAUSE

• Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
• Next song: Press the „Next“ button.
• Previous song: Press the „Previous“ button.

PLAYING MUSIC FROM USB DISK/MICRO SD CARD

• Tune the car FM radio to a blank FM station.
• Tune the FM transmitter into the same frequency with the car FM radio.
• Insert the USB disk/Micro SD card into the device, it will automatically detect and play the MP3 / WMA / WAV / APE format music.

MUSIC SOURCE

The product plays music from the tile last connected device and will memorize it next time.

If Bluetooth device, USB disk or Micro SD are connected at the same time, press the „Next“ button for about 4 seconds to switch music source.

When you switch to Bluetooth music, you have to press play button to start the music.
