USER MANUAL P53899 Emos
Power and telecommunication networks are constantly exposed to the risks of interference and power surges of various kinds, which often cause failures and malfunctions of various electronic devices. To efficiently protect your expensive electronic devices from damage or destruction, use the specially developed EMOS S8 device which provides safety and functional reliability.

Instruction manual:
Plug in the supply cable of the EMOS S8 device into a socket. Plug in the appliances into the EMOS S8 device sockets. Turn on the EMOS S8 device by pressing the switch. In case there is no voltage when you turn the sockets on (the control light of the illuminated main switch is not on), do as follows:
a. Unplug the EMOS S8 device from the network with the network switch and wait for a few minutes.
b. Press the button of the safety fuse.
Warning
EMOS S8 device must be plugged into sockets solely with a safety pin (grounding)!
The device should be used in electrical installations with an easily identifiable neutral/phase conductor.
Do not use the device when supplying fridges, heaters and other devices that can result in exceeding the rated current of the EMOS S8 device.
Make sure that the safety fuse button is in the clear at all times. Device should be used in dry indoor premises only.
It is forbidden to open and repair the device without permission.
Opening the cover is considered breach of guarantee. Repairs are carried out by device manufacturer only.
Guarantee terms and conditions:
- This guarantee provides quality and correct operation of the EMOS S8 device.
- The guarantee is provided for 24 months from the purchase date.
- Faults or malfunctions found within the guarantee period will be removed within 1 month from the date of notification.
- The device has to be provided by the retailer's own effort.
- The warrantor is responsible for damages caused to the sold devices. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage or caused by natural disasters and other circumstances.
The guarantee does not cover fuses, varistors and mechanical damage. This guarantee does not exclusively, limited or suspension of rights of the purchaser of the product resulting from a non-compliance with the contract. In the case of a complaint, a guarantee card with a stamp, date and a signature of a sales dealer and a brief description of damage must be attached.
