Thank you for your purchase of our hot dog machine. To use this hot dog machine properly and safely, please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Always operate this from an earthed domestic 220V-240V/50Hz/60Hz power socket.
2. Closed supervision is necessary when this hot plate is used by children or there is children on spot. Never operate this appliance unattended.
3. Don't use broken power cord and power plug in order to avoid electric risk.
4. DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet, blankets. Always keep the power cable away from walkway in room.
5. To prevent overloading and blowing fuses, two unit can not be plugged into the same socket, or another socket which is connected in the same circuit.
6. Ensure the hot dog machine is placed on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the possibility of tipping over or avoid any water in the appliance.
7. DO NOT OPERATE this machine near water sources or flammable liquids
8. DO NOT OPEARTE this machine on or near any hot surface
9. To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not put the machine or power cord and plug into the water or any liquids.

PREPARATION BEFORE USE

1. Check that the voltage marked on the product corresponds with your supply voltage. Ensure the controller is in the "OFF" position before plug in.
2. Do not use it on damp or wet surface or near water.
3. When using this hot plate for the first time, there may be a smell of smoke coming from the surface of the heating element. This is normal because of the invisible protective coating in production.

Operation

1. Put the hot dog machine on balance surface, put the water into the water plate, and the water should not exceed 80% of the water plate.
2. Fix the glass cylinder on the water plate and put the food into basket, then put the the basket into the glass cylinder carefully and put on the cover.
3. Connecting to the power supply socket. Turn the switch from "OFF" TO "MAX" position and the indicator light is on for working, the hot dog machine is in a state of heating.
4. After finish using, turn the switch to "OFF" position and unplug it from the socket.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

1. Make sure the plug is removed from the power supply socket. After the hot dog machine set is completely cooled down, clean it with the mild cleaner or gel-like cleaner by using soft cloth. PLEASED DO NOT CLEAN THE SET WHEN IT IS STILL HOT.
2. DO NOT USE hard brushes, scratchy materials and/or alcohol, petrol or any organic cleaner for the cleaning purpose
3. Except the removable water plate, basket, glass cylinder, do not immerse the main body in water to clean.
