How do I pair the sensor with the main panel?

Scan the QR code printed on the sensor using the iGET SECURITY app. The pairing result will be confirmed by an SMS sent from the main panel.

What type of battery does the sensor use?

It uses one AAA battery (1.5V). Replace it when the LED stays on steadily, indicating low battery.

What is the transmission range of the sensor?

The sensor can transmit signals up to 100 meters in open space without obstacles. Walls and metal objects may reduce the range.

How do I install the sensor on a door or window?

Attach the transmitter to the moving part and the magnet to the frame using double-sided tape or screws. Ensure the gap between them is less than 1 cm and they are aligned at the same level.

Can I place the transmitter on either side of the magnet?

Yes, the transmitter can be mounted on the left or right side of the magnet. Both orientations work correctly.

What does the LED flash once mean?

A single flash indicates that the door or window has been opened and the transmitter is sending a signal to the main panel.

What does the LED stay on mean?

A steady LED means the battery is low. Please replace the battery immediately to ensure proper operation.

What is the working temperature range?

The sensor operates between -20°C and 50°C. Avoid installing in extreme temperatures or high humidity areas.

Does the sensor have a 'Ready to Arm' feature?

Yes, when the feature is enabled, the system will notify you if the door or window is not closed properly when arming, helping to ensure all sensors are ready.

The M3P4 wireless contact sensor is an accessory of iGET SECURITY M3 series smart alarm system. It's fashion design, energy saving, and low battery warning supported. The main panel will send a SMS to user for battery replacement when needed. It's easy to setup and works well with most doors and windows. When transmitter and magnet are apart, the sensor triggers alarm. Two great features:

• Transmitter can be put on either of magnet's left or right side.
• When "Ready to Arm" feature turned on, DMC01O will ask the system to inform user for checking the door or window if closed well or not when it received Arm command with its transmitter and magnet are apart.

Operating Instructions

1. Working principle
   The transmitter sends trigger signal to main panel paired when the magnet mounted near is moved apart.
2. Pairing with main panel by App
   ① Scan the QR code printed on the sensor.
   ② The pairing result would be confirmed by SMS sent from main panel.

Installation & Notice

• Open the case and remove the battery insulative strip.
  • Pairing to main panel by App before installing.
• Attach the transmitter and magnet separately on door/window and its frame with double-side sticky tape or fix with screws.
  Transmitter can be put on either of magnet's left or right side.
• Make sure the distance between transmitter and magnet is less than 1cm and at the same level.
• Avoid installing the sensors in area with a large amount of metal or electric wire.
