Is the Accelero XTREME Plus compatible with my graphics card?

How do I install the Accelero XTREME Plus?

First, remove the original cooler and clean the GPU die. Apply thermal paste, attach the VRAM heatsinks, mount the cooler, and secure with screws. Connect the PWM fans to a 4-pin header. Detailed instructions are in the manual.

What power connection does the cooler require?

It requires a 6-pin PCIe power connector from your PSU to power the fans. Some models may use a splitter for multiple fans.

How many heatpipes does it have?

The cooler features 6 copper heatpipes for efficient heat transfer from the GPU to the aluminum fins.

Does the Accelero XTREME Plus come with thermal paste?

Do not fasten the screws completely in one step. Fasten each screw alternately (screw A -> D -> B -> C) with 1 to 2 clockwise rotations. Repeat until all 4 screws are tightened.

Thermal Compound

The thermal compound is already pre-applied to the heatsink. If the cooler has to be installed a second time, we highly recommend using the ARCTIC MX-3 or the ARCTIC MX-4. Only our compound guarantees optimal performance in combination with the surface of our heatsinks.
