1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).

Before cleaning, be sure to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.

To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.

- Do not use the machine without a motor protection filter filled.

- Change the dust bag/HEPA filter immediately when damaged.

- Do not store or use the appliance close in high temperature spaces.

- Do not let children use the appliance in case of danger.

- If abnormal noise, smell, smoke or any other failure or breakage is found during operation, turn off the appliance and unplug it. Then, contact the Customer Support Service for repair. Do not repair it by yourself.

- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

2.2. Product Usage

Assembly before use

Fig. 1 shows the connection of the hose and the vacuum cleaner. To assemble it, place the hose connector in front of the vacuum cleaner, insert it into the inlet hole and turn right. To disassemble it, turn the hose connection left and then pull it out.

Fig. 2 shows the hose connection and the extension wand. Hold the hose and connect it with the bigger hole of the extension wand.

Fig. 3 shows the connection of the extension wand and the brush tool. Put the extension wand into the brush hole and rotate it to fasten them.

Fig. 4 shows how to check the winding of the power cord. You can pull the power cord out of the appliance and stop it when you see a yellow mark. Make sure the red mark is not out. When your sweep is over, turn off the appliance, unplug it from the socket and press the winding button until the cord is completely in the machine.

Fig.5 shows the power button. Put the plug into the socket and push the power button to control the appliance power.

How to use the attachments:

  1. As shown in Fig. 10, you can use the crevice brush to clean corners.
  2. As shown in Fig. 11, place the crevice brush with the brush side down to clean sofas, curtains and dust on ornaments.
  3. As shown in Fig. 12, press the floor brush switch forward to show the bristles, so you can clean floors.
  4. As shown in Fig. 13, press the floor brush switch in the opposite direction to hide the bristles, so you can clean carpets.

2.3. Maintenance

  1. The filter should be cleaned twice a year, and when there is obvious dirt on the filter.

  2. You must attach the filter properly before operating the vacuum cleaner.

  3. The filter can't be cleaned in the washing machine or dried using a dryer.

  4. The filter needs to be completely dry before operating the appliance, otherwise it will reduce the suction power and damage the motor.

  5. How to maintain the vacuum cleaner:

1) As shown in Fig. 14, press the filter lock to open the filter housing.

2) As shown in Fig. 15, remove the outlet filter.

3) As shown in Fig. 16, rotate the HEPA cover to separate it from the chamber cover.

4) As shown in Fig. 17, separate the HEPA cover from its filter.

5) As shown in Fig. 18, remove any hair logged here before cleaning it.

6) As shown in Fig. 19, wash the HEPA filter.

7) Wash the HEPA cover, the HEPA structure, the outlet sponge and the dust chamber with water without detergent and dry them before use.

8) Place the HEPA structure on the chamber cover and make sure three salient cubes are stuck in the grooves of the dust chamber.

9) Rotate the HEPA structure in the direction of the mark on the chamber cover.

10) Assemble the chamber cover structure and the dust chamber according to the mark outside.

11) Tap the filter rack with your hand slightly.

12) Place the dust chamber back in the appliance. Start by placing the chamber in the right position and then press the handle of the dust chamber. If you hear a click sound, it means it is in place.

Cleaning the dust chamber

  1. As shown in Fig. 6, hold the dust chamber and handle and push the release button.
  2. As shown in Fig. 7, remove the dust chamber from the appliance.
  3. As shown in Fig. 8, take the dust chamber to the bin, push the release button to open it and empty the dust and dirt into the bin.
  4. As shown in Fig. 9, close the dust chamber after cleaning it.
