Frequently Asked Questions - Nitt M200 Eldom

How do I assemble the meat grinder?
First, attach the grinding head to the motor housing by aligning the notch and twisting clockwise. Then insert the cutting blade and desired grinding plate, secure with the ring nut. Finally, attach the food tray and pusher.
What can I grind with the Nitt M200?
You can grind raw meat (beef, pork, chicken), fish, and vegetables. It is not suitable for bones, nuts, or very hard foods.
How do I clean the meat grinder?
Unplug the device. Disassemble all removable parts (grinding head, blade, plates, tray). Wash them in warm soapy water or the top rack of a dishwasher. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor in water.
What does the reverse function do?
If the grinder gets clogged, press the reverse button to rotate the auger backwards and clear the blockage. Do not use reverse while the grinder is running forward.
Can I grind frozen meat?
It is recommended to use partially thawed meat (still firm but not frozen) to avoid damage. Fully frozen meat can break the blade or motor.
How do I make sausages with the Nitt M200?
Replace the grinding plate with the sausage stuffing attachment. Slide the casing onto the tube, then feed the ground meat mixture through the grinder. The casing will fill with meat.
Why is my grinder overheating?
Overheating may occur if the meat is too tough or if the grinder is used continuously for too long. Allow the motor to cool for 10 minutes between batches. Also ensure the blade and plate are not dull.
Is the cutting blade reversible?
No, the blade is not reversible. Replace it if it becomes dull. Always ensure the sharp edge faces outward when assembling.
Where can I find spare parts?
Spare parts (blades, plates, accessories) are available from Eldom authorized service centers or online retailers. Check the Eldom website for your region.
What is the maximum continuous operating time?
Do not operate the grinder for more than 5 minutes continuously. After 5 minutes, turn it off and let it rest for at least 10 minutes to prevent motor damage.
