How do I charge the work lamp?

Switch off the lamp. Connect the power supply unit or car cigarette lighter adapter to the charging socket (1). The red LED (2) lights during charging; it turns green when fully charged. Disconnect after green light. Empty battery charges in approx. 3 hours.

Can I use the lamp while charging?

Yes, you can use the work lamp while it is being charged. However, do not leave it unattended during charging.

How do I turn on the different light modes?

Press the on/off switch (5) once for the torch (3), twice for the reading light (4), and a third time to turn off. Pull the lamp apart to activate the 30 LEDs (6); slide together to turn them off.

Is the work lamp suitable for professional automotive workshops?

No, the lamp is designed for private use only and is not intended for commercial workshops or similar environments.

What should I do if the car cigarette lighter adapter does not work?

Check the fuse inside the adapter. Unscrew the ring anticlockwise, replace the blown fuse with a new one of type F0.25AL250V (0.25 A, 250 V, fast-acting). Do not bridge a defective fuse.

Can I replace the built-in battery?

No, the lithium-ion battery is built-in and not replaceable. For disposal, follow the instructions in the manual to safely remove the battery (destroys the lamp).

How should I clean the work lamp?

Disconnect from power. Use a well wrung-out, slightly damp cloth with a little dishwashing detergent. Never immerse in water or use aggressive cleaners.

What is the warranty period and how do I claim?

Warranty is 3 years from purchase (6 months for rechargeable battery). Contact the service hotline (UK: 0800/3286020, Ireland: 00800/44675888) before sending the product. Include original receipt and completed warranty card.

Can I use the lamp in wet conditions or near water?

No. The lamp must not be exposed to dripping or spray water. Do not immerse in water. Risk of electric shock. Do not use in bathrooms or near moisture sources.

How do I dispose of the lamp and battery?

Do not dispose of with household waste. Remove the rechargeable battery before disposal (follow steps in manual). Dispose of battery and lamp at a local collection center for electrical/electronic waste.

• Lithium-ion batteries are mechanically sensitive. They can ignite due to an internal short circuit and when coming into contact with air.
• A damaged lithium-ion battery, e.g. because the light is damaged, can ignite 30 or more minutes later.

• Connect the power supply unit to a properly installed socket or the car cigarette lighter adapt to a live (turn ignition key to Pos. I if necessary) cigarette lighter adapter in a car.
• The LED 2 illuminates red during the charging process. As soon as the charging process has ended, the LED illuminates green.

The rechargeable battery is protected from overloading by the electronics. Disconnect the work lamp from the power supply as soon as the LED illuminates green. It is possible to recharge the battery at any time.

If charging with the car cigarette lighter adapter does not function, but the work lamp can be charged using the power supply unit, it is possible that the installed fuse has blown. Replace this as described below.

In order to avoid glare from the work lamp, turn the work lamp to the side with the on/off switch 5 when you pull it apart.

You can also use the work lamp while it is charging.

The 30+6-1 LED work light can be positioned using the magnet/fold-out hook 7 on a magnetic surface or hung up by the hook.

In order to avoid damage to surfaces, do not slide the work lamp over the surface to which it is adhered. If necessary, place a rag, a piece of film or paper on the surface.

In order to make a claim under the warranty, pleas

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Accident or unanticipated events (e.g. lightning,

water, fi re).

- Improper use or transport.

- Disregard of the safety and maintenance instruc-

tions.

- Other improper treatment or modification.

After the expiry of the warranty period, you still have

possibility to have your product repaired at your owr

expense. If the repair or the estimate of costs is not

of charge you will be informed accordingly in advance.

This warranty does not limit the statutory obligation

of the seller arising from a warranty. The period of

warranty can only be extended in accordance with

a legal standard. In countries where a (compulsory

warranty and/or spare part storage and/or a system

for compensation are/is required by law, the statute

minimum conditions apply. In the event that a prod

is received for repair, neither the service company

the seller will assume any liability for data or setting

possibly stored on the product by the customer.
