How do I install the washing machine?

Remove all packaging and transport bolts from the back. Place the machine on a firm, level surface. Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap and the drain hose to a suitable outlet. Adjust the feet for stability. Plug into a grounded outlet. For full details, refer to the Installation chapter in the manual.

What should I do before first use?

Run a complete cycle without laundry to calibrate the machine. Press [Delay] and [Speed] simultaneously for 10 seconds until 't19' appears, then press Start. This optimizes performance and energy consumption.

Why is the door not opening after a cycle?

The safety mechanism locks the door during operation and for a few minutes after the cycle ends. Wait until 'End' appears on the display and the door unlocks automatically. If still locked, disconnect power and restart.

How do I clean the drain pump filter?

Open the lower cover cap, turn the filter counterclockwise, and remove any debris. Place a shallow tray underneath as water may leak. Clean the filter thoroughly, then reinstall and close the cover. Perform this every 6 months or if drainage issues occur.

What does error code E30 mean?

Error code E30 indicates a door lock problem. Check that the door is properly closed and not obstructed by clothing. If the issue persists, restart the machine. If still present, contact customer service.

Can I dry clothes in this washing machine?

Yes, it has a drying function. Select a drying programme (Normal Dry, Extra Dry, or Timed Dry). Maximum drying capacity is 6.0 kg. Note that some fabrics like wool or silk are not suitable for machine drying.

How do I activate the child lock?

Press [Temp] and [Speed] simultaneously for 3 seconds until the buzzer sounds. The display will show 'CL'. To deactivate, press the same buttons again for 3 seconds. Child lock locks all buttons except power.

What is the recommended detergent dosage?

Use a suitable detergent for machine washing. Adjust dosage based on load size, soil level, and water hardness. For heavily soiled cotton, use a heavy-duty detergent. For delicate fabrics, use a mild detergent. Avoid overfilling the drawer.

How do I clean the detergent drawer?

Press the release button to pull out the drawer. Remove the softener cover by pressing the arrow location. Wash all parts with water, clean the recess with an old toothbrush, reassemble, and push back into place. Do not use solvents.

What spare parts are available and for how long?

WARNING!

The Electric Shock!

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.
• Before any maintenance the device, unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Always unplug the machine and turn off the water supply after use. The max. inlet water pressure, in pascals. The min. inlet water pressure, in pascals.

• Do not wash or dry articles that have been cleaned in, washed in, soaked in, or dabbed with combustible or explosive substances (such as wax, oil, paint, gasoline, degreasers, dry-cleaning solvents, kerosene, etc.) This may result in fire or explosion.
• Before hand thoroughly rinse items of washing by hand.

CAUTION!

Installing the Product!

• All washing and additional substances are to be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children.
• Do not install the machine on a carpet floor. The obstruction of the openings by a carpet can damage the machine.
• Keep the appliance clear from heating sources and direct sunlight to avoid plastic and rubber parts to corrode.
• Do not use the appliance in humid environments or rooms containing explosive or caustic gas. In case of water leakage or water splashes let the appliance dry in the open air.
• The appliance must not be installed behind a lockable door, a sliding door or a door with a hinge on the opposite side to that of the washing machine.
• Do not operate the machine in rooms with a temperature of below 5°C. This can cause damages to parts of it. If it is unavoidable, make sure to drain the water completely from the appliance after every use (see „Maintenance - Cleaning of drain pump filter“) to avoid damages caused by frost.

• Never use flammable sprays or substances in the immediate proximity of the appliance.

• This washing machine is for indoor use only.

• It isn't intended to be built-in using.
• The washing machine with single inlet valve only can be connected to the cold water supply. Plug must be accessible after installation.
• The power cord should be firmly contacted with the socket or else fires might be caused. Do not pull or band power cable.
• Remove all packages and transport bolts before using the appliance. Otherwise, serious damage may result.

Operating the appliance!

• Before washing the clothes at first time, the product shall be operated in one round of the whole procedures without the clothes inside.
• Before using the washing machine, the product shall be calibrated.
• Do not put any excessively heavy objects on the appliance, like water containers or heating devices.
• The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.
• Max. Inlet water pressure 1 MPa. Min. inlet water pressure 0.05 MPa.
• Flammable and explosive or toxic solvents are forbidden.
• Gasoline and alcohol etc. shall not be used as detergents.
• Please only select the detergents suitable for machine washing, especially for drum.
• Make sure that all pockets are emptied. Sharp and rigid items such as coin, brooch, nail, screw or stone etc. may cause serious damages to this machine.

• Please check whether the water inside the drum has been drained before opening its door. please do not open the door if there is any water visible.

• Be careful of burning when the product drains hot washing water.

• Never refill the water by hand during washing.
• After the program is completed, please wait for two minutes to open the door.

The unit must stand upright and in the plane of the floor. Use two adjustable feet to adjust the device.

IMPORTANT: Machine must be placed that all feet firmly lying on the ground.

Please leave enough space to ensure easible door opening and drawer removal.

Electrical connection

• Make sure the supply cable is not trapped by the machine, it can get damaged.
• Connect the product to a grounded outlet protected by a fuse complying with the values in the “Technical specifications” table.
• The grounding installation has to be made by a qualified electrician.
• Ensure that the machine is installed in accordance with the local regulations.
• Water and electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified technician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and local safety regulations.

Warning!

• Don't use multiple plugs or extension cords.
• The appliance must not have an external switching device such as a timer or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.
• Do not pull the plug out of the mains outlet if there is flammable gas around.
  ■ Never pull out power plug with wet hands.
  ■ Always pull at the plug, not at the cable.
  ■ Always unplug the appliance if it is not being used.

Water connections

• Check the connections of the water inlet tubes, the water tap and the outlet hose for possible problems due to changes of water pressure. If the connections loosen or leak close the water tap and get it repaired. Do not use the appliance before the pipes and hoses are installed properly by qualified persons.
• Glass door may become very hot during the operation. Keep children and pets far away from the machine while it is operating.
• The water inlet and outlet hoses have to be safely installed and remain undamaged. Otherwise, water leakage can occur.
• Do not remove the drain pump filter while there is still water in the appliance. Big quantities of water can leak out, and there is a risk of scalding due to hot water.

Operation and Maintenance

Warning!

• Never stop the washer dryer before the end of the drying cycle unless all items are quickly removed and spread out so that the heat can dissipate.

• The washer dryer is not to be used if industrial chemicals have been used for cleaning. Risk of explosion.

• Never use any flammable, explosive or toxic solvents. Do not use gasoline and alcohol etc. as detergents. Only select detergents that are suitable for machine washing.

• Make sure that all pockets are emptied. Sharp and rigid items such as coins, brooches, nails, screws, stones etc. may cause serious damages to this machine.
• Remove all objects from pockets such as lighters and matches before use the appliance.
• Thoroughly rinse items that have been washed by hand.
• Items that have been soiled with substances such as cooking oil, acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, wax and wax removers should be washed in hot with an extra amount of detergent before being dried in the appliance.
• Items containing foam rubber (latex foam), shower caps, water proof textiles, rubber backed articles and clothes or pillows fitted with foam rubber pads should not be dried in the machine.
• Fabric softeners or similar products should be used as recommended in their instructions.
• Never try to open the door forcefully. The door will unlock shortly after the end of a cycle.
• Please do not close the door with excessive force. If it is

found difficult to close the door, please check if the clothes are properly inserted and distributed.

• Always unplug the appliance and close the water tap before cleaning and maintenance and after each use.
• Never pour water over the appliance for cleaning purpose. Risk of electric shock!

- Repairs shall only be carried out by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. The producer will not be responsible for damages caused by the intervention of not authorized persons.

Intended use

The product is intended only for home use and for textiles in household amounts suitable for machine washing and drying. This appliance is for indoor use only and not intended for built in use.

Only use according to these instructions. The appliance is not intended for commercial use.

Any other use is considered as improper use. The producer is not responsible for any damage or injuries that may result of it.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

• Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
• Farm houses;
• By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
• Bed and breakfast type environments;
• Areas for communal use in blocks of flats or in launderettes.

INSTALLATION

Installation area

Warning

Before installing the machine, the location characterized As follows shall be selected:

1. Rigid, dry, and level surface
2. Avoid direct sunlight
3. Sufficient ventilation
4. Room temperature is above 0^ C
5. Keep far away from the heat resources such as coal or gas.

Unpacking the Washing Machine

Warning

• Packaging material (e.g. Films, Styrofoam) can be dangerous for children.
• There is a risk of suffocation! Keep all packaging well away from children

1. Remove the cardboard box and styrofoam packing.
2. Lift the washing machine and remove the base packing. Make sure the small triangle foam is removed with the bottom one together. If not, lay the unit down with side surface, then remove the small foam from the unit bottom manually.
3. Remove the tape securing the power supply cord and drain hose.
4. Remove the inlet hose from the drum.

Remove transport bolts

Warning

• You must remove the transport bolts from the backside before using the product.
• You’ll need the transport bolts again if you move the product, so make sure you keep them in a safe place.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by not removing the transport bolts!

Please take the following steps to remove the bolts:

1. Loosen 4 bolts with spanner and then remove them.
2. Stop the holes with transport hole plugs.
3. Keep the transport bolts properly for future use.

Levelling the washing machine

Warning

■ The lock nuts on all four feet must be screwed tightly against the housing

1. Check if the legs are closely attached to the cabinet. If not, please turn them to their original positions tighten the nuts.
2. Loosen the lock nut turn the feet until it closely contacts with the floor.
3. Adjust the legs and lock them with a spanner, make sure the machine is steady

Connect Water Supply Hose

Warning

• To prevent leakage or water damage, follow the instructions in this chapter
• Do not kink, crush, modify or sever water inlet hose

• For the model equips hot valve, connect it to hot water tap with hot water supply hose. Energy consumption will decrease automatically for some program.

• Connection water tap on inlet hose.

1. Connect the other end of inlet pipe to the inlet valve at the backside of product and fasten the pipe tightly clockwise.

Drain Hose

Warning

■ Do not kink or protract the drain hose.
- Position drain hose properly, otherwise damage might result of water leakage.

There are two ways to place the end of drain hose:

1. Put it into the water trough

2. Connect it to the branch drain pipe of the trough.

The trough height: Min 60cm Max: 100cm

Note

• If the machine has drain hose support, please install it like the following.
• Hose retainer is not part of the accessories. If you need it, please ask in your local shop.

Warning

• When installing drain hose, fix it properly with a rope.
• If drain hose is too long, do not force it into washing machine as it will cause abnormal noses.

QUICK START

Caution!

Before washing, please make sure it's installed properly.
■ Before washing at first time, the washing machine shall be operated in one round of the whole procedures without clothes in as follows

Calibration!

It's recommended to calibrate the washing machine, so that provide the best performance.
- The appliance is able to detect the amount of laundry loaded. This function is optimizing the product performance by minimizing energy and water consumption, saving you money and time. For this reason it's recommended to calibrate the appliance for best use.
1- Remove all accessories from the drum and close the door;
2- Insert the mains plug to the socket;
3- Switch on the washing machine and press "Delay" and "Speed" simultaneously for 10 seconds until "t19" is displayed;
4- Press [ ▷ || ] to start the appliance and wait till “ * * * * ” is displayed.

3. After Washing

When the washing program is complete, you will hear "Buzzer" beep or on the Display will appear message: "End".

BEFORE EACH WASHING or DRYING

• The working condition of the washer should be (0-40)°C. If used under 0°C, the inlet valve and draining system may be damaged. If the machine is placed under condition of 0°C or less, then it should be transferred to normal ambient temperature to ensure the water supply hose and drain hose are not frozen before use.
• Please check the labels and the explanation of using detergent before wash. Use non-foaming or less-foaming detergent suitable for machine washing properly.

Warning

• When washing a single clothes, it may easily cause great eccentricity and give alarm due to great unbalance. Therefore it is suggested to add one or two more clothes to be washed together so that draining can be done smoothly.
• Do not wash or dry articles that have been cleaned in, washed in, soaked in, or dabbed with combustible or explosive substances like wax, oil, paint, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, and other flammable materials.

• As for the agglomerated or ropy detergent or additive, before they are poured into the detergent box, it is suggested to use some water for dilution to prevent the inlet of detergent box from being blocked and overflowing while filling water.
• Please choose suitable type of detergent for the various washing temperature to get the best washing performance with less water and energy consumption.
• To achieve the best cleaning result a proper detergent dosing is important.
• Use a reduced detergent amount if the drum is not filled completely.
  ■ Always adjust the amount of detergent to the water hardness, if your tap water is soft, use less detergent.
• Dose according to how dirty your laundry is, less dirty clothes require less detergent.
• Highly concentrated (compact detergent) requires particularly accurate dosing.

• heavy foam formation
• poor washing and rinsing result

The most efficient programmes in terms of energy consumption are generally those that perform at lower temperatures and longer duration.

Loading the household washing machine up to the capacity indicated for the respective programmes will contribute to energy and water savings.

Noise and remaining moisture content are influenced by the spinning speed: the higher the spinning speed in the spinning phase, the higher the noise and the lower the remaining moisture content.

Caution!

- If there is any break in the power supply while the machine is operating, a special memory stores the selected programme and when the power is restarted, the program will continue.

Programmes

You can choose a different Washing programmes, depends about the laundry type, level of dirty and laundry weight.

Programmes Description
Cotton	Hard-wearing textiles, heat-resistant textiles made of cotton or linen.
Synthetic	Wash synthetic articles, for example: shirts, coats, blending. While washing the knitting textiles, detergent quantity shall be reduced due to its loose string construction and easily forming bubbles.
Mix	Mixed load consisting of textiles made of cotton and synthetics.
20°C	20°C default program, can choose cold water. Washing brightly colored clothes, it can protect the colors better.
ECO 40-60	Default 40°C, not selectable,suitabale for laundry washing at about 40°C-60°C
Quick 15'	Extra short programme approx. suitable for lightly soiled washing as a small amounts of laundry.
1Hour W/D	For small synthetic clothes or shirts, load limitation is 1 kg (about 4 shirts).
Wool	Hand or machine-washable wool or rich wool textiles. Especially gentle wash programme to prevent shrinkage, longer programme pauses (textiles rest in wash liquor).

Optional Functions

Delay: Delay

Set the Delay function:

1. Select a programme
2. Press the Delay button to choose the time (the delaying time is 0-24h.)
3. Press [Start/Pause] to commence the delay operation

Choose the programme Set Delay Time Start

Cancel the Delay function:

Press the [Delay] button until the display show 0H.

It should be pressed before starting the programme.

If the programme already started, press the [On/Off] button to reset the programme.

Caution!

- If there is any break in the power supply while the machine is operating, a special memory stores the selected programme and when the power is restarted, the program will continue.

My Cycle:

To memory the frequently used programme.

After choosing the programme and setting the options, press [Speed] 3 sec.

before start to wash. The default setting course is Cotton

Temp: Temp

Press the button to adjust the water temperature (Cold, 20°C, 30°C, 40°C, 60°C, 90°C)

Spinning: Speed

Press the button to change the spin speed.

1400 rpm model: 0-400-600-800-1000-1200-1400

Dry:

Press the Dry button continuously to choose the dry level: Normal Dry(Normal) / Extra Dry and Time Dry.

Normal Dry(Normal): Clothes are ready for storing in the wardrobe.

Extra Dry: Clothes are dried complete to be worn directly.

Timed Dry: Drying your laundry and finish within given time.

(30/60/90/120/180 minutes)

Note!

- Drying hints.

■ Thoroughly spin you laundry before drying.
- To ensure proper drying, please sort your laundry according to the fabric type and drying temperature

- Clothes not suitable for drying

■ Particularly delicate items such as synthetic curtains, woolen and silk, clothes with metal inserts, nylon stockings, bulky clothes, such as anoraks, bedcovers, quilts, sleeping bags and duvets must not be dried.
- Clothes padded with foam-rubber or materials similar to foam-rubber must not be machine dried.
- Fabrics containing residues of setting lotions or hair sprays, nail solvents or similar solutions must not be machine dried in order to avoid the formation of harmful vapours.

Child Lock:

To avoid mis operation by children:

Press [Temp.] and [Speed] 3 sec. till buzzer beep.

Caution!

• When the Child Lock is activated, the display will alternately show "CL" and the remaining time.
• Pressing any other button will cause the Child Lock indicator to flash for 3 sec.
• When the program ends, “CL” and “END” will alternate on the display for 10 sec, then the indicator will flash for 3 sec.
• Press the two button [Temp.] and [Speed] 3sec. can deactivate the Child Lock.
• The Child Lock will lock all the buttons except ON/OFF button.
• Cut off the power supply, the Lock function will be released.
• The child lock will remain effective when the power is resumed for some mode.
• Please deactivate the Child Lock before selecting a new program!

Buzzer Mute:

Mute the buzzer:

Choose the Programme

Press the [Temp.] button for 3sec. the buzzer is mute.

To turn on the buzzer function, press the button again for 3 seconds. The setting will be kept until the next reset.

Caution!

■ After Muting the buzzer function, the sounds will not be activated any more.

CLEANING AND CARE

Warning

■ Before your maintenance starts, please unplug the machine and close the tap.

Cleaning the Cabinet

Proper maintenance on the washing machine can extend its working life. The surface can be cleaned with diluted nonabrasive neutral detergents when necessary.

If there is any water overflow, use the wet cloth to wipe it off immediately.

Do not use hard brushes, clean steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives, such as toothpastes, organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, banana oil, etc.), boiling water, acid or alkaline items.

Do not rinse with water so as not to affect the electrical insulation properties. Please use a dry cloth

when cleaning lighting lamps, temperature control knob and electrical components.

Note

- Formic acid and its diluted solvents or equivalent are forbidden, such as alcohol, solvents or chemical products etc.

Cleaning the Drum

The rusts left inside the drum by the metal articles shall be removed immediately with chlorine-free detergents. Never use steel wool.

Note

- Don't put laundry in the washing machine during the drum cleaning.

Cleaning the Door Gasket and Glass

Wipe the glass and seal after each wash to remove lint and stains. If lint builds up it can cause leaks.

Remove any coins, buttons and other objects from the seal after each wash.

Cleaning the Inlet Water Filter

Note

- Inlet filter must be cleaned if inlet water flow decrease.

Washing the filter in the tap:

1. Close the tap.
2. Remove the water supply hose from the tap.
3. Clean the filter.
4. Reconnect the water supply hose.

Washing the filter in washing machine:

1. Close the tap.
2. Screw off the inlet pipe from the backside of the machine.
3. Pull out the filter with long nose pliers and reinstall it back after being washed.
4. Use the brush to clean the filter

1. Reconnect, turn on the tap and check that no water leakage.

Note

If the brush is not clean, you can pull out the filter washed separately;
■ Reconnect, turn on the tap.

Cleaning the Detergent Drawer:

1. Press down the arrow location on softener cover inside the drawer.
2. Lift the clip up and take out softener cover and wash all grooves with water.
3. Restore the softener cover and push the drawer into position.

Warning

■ Be careful of the hot water!
- Allow water inside the machine to cool down.
■ Unplug the machine to avoid electrical shock before cleaning.
- Drain pump filter can filter the small foreign matters from the washing but bigger particles can stuck in the filter and block water drain.
- Clean the filter periodically every 6 months or if you find that filter is blocked, to ensure the normal operation of washing machine.

Caution!

• Please insert drain plate aligning to hole to collect drain water when you remove Fileter because water may leak after you remove the Filter cap;
• When the appliance is in use and depending on the programme selected there can be hot water in the pump. Never remove the pump cover during a wash cycle, always wait until the appliance has finished the cycle, and is empty. When replacing the cover, ensure it is securely re-tightened.

Transport

• Before Transport:
• Bolts shall be reinstalled to the machine by a specialized person
• Accumulated water shall be drained out of the machine
• This appliance is heavy. Transport with care. Never hold any protruding part of the machine when lifting. The machine door cannot be used as a handle.
• The appliance should be transported in its original box and partitions or as wrapped with a soft cloth.
• Incorrect packaging may cause damage to the outer surface of the appliance.
• Hold the unit around its sides or base when moving it. Under no circumstances should it be lifted by holding the edges of the top surface.
• Do not turn upside, horizontally place or vibrate the machine,

NOTE:

Any malfunction or damage caused during loading, unloading or transport after the delivery of product to the customer is not covered by the warranty.

Switching Off for Long Periods of Time

When the unit is not in use for a long period of time, disconnect machine from the mains supply, empty the drum, close the water tap.

Keep the door open to avoid the bad odor.

Do not store the machine in the room where temperature may be lower than 0^ C. The water freezing may damage parts of the machine.

- The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the after-sale service department if the issues are not settled.
