Since you will be using the shredding set with MMM-03M meat mincer it is necessary that you follow the instructions below regarding safe use.

▶ Please read all instructions before using.
Always unplug the appliance from a power outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Before first use, make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage shown on the appliance.

Do not let the power cord hang over sharp edges or touch hot surfaces.

Never pull on the power cord to unplug the appliance.

Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.

Take special precautions when using the appliance near children.

Do not use the appliance if it appears to be faulty.

Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. In such case, return the appliance to an authorised service centre.

Using attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may result in damage to the appliance and/or personal injury.

Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other liquids. The power cord and plug must be dry at all times.

ASSEMBLING AND USING THE GRATER

CAUTION! Before first use, clean all the elements of the grater in warm water with a detergent, then rinse and dry.

1. Detach the mincing chamber from your MMM-03 meat mincer and attach the shredder casing (5) in its place.
2. Attach an appropriate grater (1), (2), (3) or (4), onto the shredder casing (5), face-up, and close the lid of the grater lock (6). Make sure the lid is properly fastened in place. The lid can be unlocked by pressing the bottom of the shredder casing, near the latch.
3. Connect the mincer to mains outlet and turn it on with the switch.
4. Cut the products into pieces small enough to fit into the chamber. Do not shred stone fruits. Push the products with the pusher while operating the shredder (7).
5. After use, turn the mincer off, unplug it from the mains and detach the shredder from the mincer just like the mincing chamber.
6. Clean all parts of the shredder.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! The shredder must be detached from the mincer before cleaning. Do not clean the shredder still attached to the mincer. Do not immerse the meat mincer in water.

CAUTION! Take extreme care while cleaning the graters. Cutting risk.

1. Wash all parts of the shredder with lukewarm water and a detergent, rinse clean with water, and leave to dry.
2. Washing the shredder parts in a dishwasher is not recommended.
3. Graters do not require regeneration procedures.
