How do I dispense hot water?

Press the hot water button and wait for the indicator light. Ensure the child lock is disengaged. Always use a cup and avoid touching hot surfaces.

What should I do if the water doesn't heat?

Check if the power is on and the heating switch is activated. If the problem persists, the heating element may need replacement. Contact customer support.

How often should I descale the dispenser?

Descale every 3 months using a descaling solution or white vinegar mixed with water. Follow the manual's instructions to avoid damage.

Can I use the dispenser with a water bottle?

Yes, the MCZ-67 is designed for standard 5-gallon water bottles. Ensure the bottle cap is pierced and the bottle is properly seated.

Is the child lock feature automatic?

The child lock must be manually activated. Press the lock button to prevent accidental hot water dispensing.

Why is there no cold water?

Check the cooling switch. If the compressor is noisy or not running, let it rest for 10 minutes. Persistent issues may require service.

What is the maximum hot water temperature?

The dispenser heats water to approximately 90°C. Do not use for baby formula without cooling first.

How do I clean the drip tray?

Remove the tray, wash with warm soapy water, and rinse. Dry before reinserting. Clean weekly to prevent mold.

Can I use tap water in the dispenser?

It is recommended to use bottled or filtered water. Tap water may cause scaling and affect performance.

Where can I find spare parts?

INSTRUCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH USE SAFETY

Before use thoroughly read the operation manual. Extreme care is required in case of children presence in vicinity of the appliance!

Do not use your appliance for any other purpose except of its assignment.
Do not immerse the appliance, its cord and plug in water or any other fluids.
Do not leave the appliance without supervision in course of its operation.

▶Always pull out the plug from the socket unless the appliance is used or before its cleaning.

Do not use the appliance in case of its damage, also if its cord or plug is damaged – in such case the appliance should be handed over to an authorized service shop for repair.

Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not hang the cord on any sharp edges and prevent any contact with hot surfaces.
Never fill the jar above the maximum level nor under the minimum level – boiling water splashes are possible in case of overfilled kettle

Before the kettle is placed on the base, make sure it is switched off.

The kettle lid must be closed in course of water boiling.
Use the kettle with its associated base exclusively.

Do not stand the appliance in vicinity of electric and gas cookers, burners, ovens etc.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children without supervision.

BEFORE USE

1. The kettle should be placed upright of flat, stable and dry surfaces.
2. Prior to the first use, fi ll the kettle with water to max level, boil it, then empty and rinse with fresh water. Rep
3. The kettle will turn off automatically after water boiling. However it may be turned off by the user at any time by moving the "on/off" switch (4) to the off position, if necessary.
4. After water has been boiled or the kettle has been switched off, wait several seconds before switching it on again.
5. The empty kettle will be automatically turned off by its overheating protection system. In such case the kettle should be allowed to cool for 15 minutes before its refilling.

HOW TO USE THE KETTLE

1. Remove the kettle from its base before filling it with water (6).

2. Open the kettle's cover (Fig. 1), pour water to a desired level (however, not less than 0,5 l and do not exceed the level of 1,7 l).

3. Pushing the button close the cover (2) accurately.

4. Place the kettle on the base (6).
5. Switch the kettle by means of the switch (4). When the water comes to a boil the kettle will turn off automatically.

IMPORTANT NOTE! The kettle may be used with its base delivered in the scope of purchased model. Do not ever open the kettle lid in course of water boiling.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

NOTE! The kettle should be regularly descaled in accordance with the instructions included below. Always unplug cord of power base before cleaning and allow the jar to cool down.

1. Fill the jar with water mixed with vinegar or lemon juice (citric acid) or special descaling agent available in the shops selling the household equipment.
2. Let the mixture soak in the kettle for an hour and boil the water thereafter.
3. Empty the kettle and rinse the inside thoroughly with cold.
4. Repeat this action up to three times, if necessary.
5. In order to eliminate the smell of vinegar, boil and remove water several times.
6. Wipe the jar inside and outside with a cloth.
7. Failure to descale your kettle may result in its damage.

WARNING! Never immerse the device or the base in water or other liquids. This may result in electric shock or fire.
