Can I install this ceiling light myself?
The installation must be performed by a qualified electrician or a person trained in electrical installations due to risk of electric shock. Follow all safety instructions in the manual.
What type of bulbs does the light use?
The light uses 4 x halogen bulbs with GU10 base, 35 W each. Only use halogen bulbs with cover glass or low-pressure technology. Do not use cold light lamps with reflectors.
Can I use LED bulbs instead of halogen?
No, the light is specifically designed for halogen bulbs. Using LED bulbs may cause overheating or improper function. Always use the specified halogen bulbs.
How should I clean the ceiling light?
First, disconnect the light from the power supply by removing the fuse or switching off the circuit breaker. Allow the light to cool completely. Then clean with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
What does the protection rating IP20 mean?
IP20 means the light is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5 mm (e.g., fingers) but not against water. It is suitable for indoor use in dry areas, not for bathrooms or outdoor locations.
Does the light come with bulbs?
Yes, the scope of delivery includes 4 halogen bulbs (GU10, 35 W) pre-installed. You also get a glass plate, decorative rings, and mounting hardware.
Can this light be dimmed?
The manual does not specify dimmability. It is likely not dimmable. If you require dimming, consult a qualified electrician and use compatible dimmable bulbs, but this may void the warranty.
What is the warranty period?
The product comes with a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
How do I replace a faulty bulb?
First, disconnect the power by removing the fuse or switching off the circuit breaker. Allow the bulb to cool. Remove the defective bulb by turning it 1/4 turn to the left. Insert a new GU10 halogen bulb (35 W) by turning it 1/4 turn to the right. Then restore power.
Is the light suitable for bathrooms or wet areas?
