How to insert the SIM card into the Diamond Omega?

Use the included eject tool to open the SIM tray located on the side of the phone. Insert a nano-SIM card into the slot, then close the tray.

How to charge the battery?

Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the phone and to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The indicator light shows charging status.

How to take a screenshot?

Simultaneously press the power button and the volume down button for one second. The screenshot is saved in the gallery.

How to reset the phone to factory settings?

Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm and the phone will restart. Warning: all data will be erased.

How to use the fingerprint sensor?

Go to Settings > Security > Fingerprint. Register a fingerprint by following the instructions. You can then unlock the phone by placing your finger on the rear sensor.

How to transfer data from an old phone?

Use the provided transfer app or a USB cable. Connect both phones and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also use cloud services.

How to clean the screen and body?

Turn off the phone and use a soft, slightly damp cloth (water) to wipe the screen and body. Do not use chemical or abrasive products.

What to do if the camera is not working?

Check that the lens is clean. Restart the phone. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache of the Camera app in Settings > Apps.

Is the internal storage expandable?

The Diamond Omega does not have a microSD card slot. The storage is fixed, choose the 64 GB or 128 GB version according to your needs.

How to update the system?

Go to Settings > About phone > System updates. Check for updates and install if available. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Inserting the SIM card

1. Insert the end of the eject tool into the hole of the card tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.

2. Put one or two nano-SIM cards into the tray.

3. Push the card tray back into the phone.

Charging the battery

Connect the phone to the power outlet using the included USB cable and power adapter.

- When the wheelie bin symbol is attached to a product, it means the product is covered by the European Directive 2012/19/EU.

Health and safety

The device meets international guidelines for exposure to radio waves.

Your device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It's designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. The guidelines were developed by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), an independent technical standards body, and include margins designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. These guidelines use a unit of measurement known as Specific Absorption Rate (SAR).
