How do I clean the dustbin?

Remove the dustbin by pressing the release button, empty it into a trash can, and rinse with water if needed. Let it dry completely before reinserting.

How do I connect the vacuum to WiFi?

Download the Arzum Smart app, create an account, then follow the in-app instructions to connect your vacuum to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network.

What should I do if the vacuum is not charging?

Check that the charging dock is plugged in and the metal contacts on both the dock and vacuum are clean. Ensure the vacuum is properly aligned on the dock.

How often should I replace the filter?

The HEPA filter should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on usage. Regular cleaning of the filter extends its life.

The vacuum is making unusual noise. What could be wrong?

Check for blockages in the wheels, brushroll, or suction inlet. Also ensure the dustbin is correctly installed. If noise persists, contact customer support.

Can I schedule cleaning times?

Yes, you can set a cleaning schedule using the Arzum Smart app. Choose days and times for the vacuum to start automatically.

How do I reset the vacuum to factory settings?

Press and hold the Reset button (located on the side or bottom) for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. This will erase all saved settings.

What floor types can the vacuum clean?

It can clean hardwood, tile, and low-to-medium pile carpets. Avoid high-pile rugs as they may cause the device to get stuck.

How do I clean the side brushes?

Remove the side brushes by unscrewing the retaining screw. Clean any hair or debris wrapped around them. Replace if damaged.

- This appliance should be used by people who are informed, supervised and instructed to use this appliance in a safe manner and understood the risks. • Use your appliance as recommended and for its intended purposes.

USAGE OF ACCESSORIES How to Mount and Remove The Hose:

Insert the hose into its socket located in the hose inlet of the nozzle. To remove the hose, press the button on the hose nozzle and pull towards yourself.

Handle Controller Installation

- The handle controller is designed to adjust the suction power of your vacuum cleaner and to switch it on and off. Open the cover on the top of the remote control and insert 2 (AAA) Batteries and close the cover.

Note: To switch the vacuum cleaner off and on with the handle controller, you must switch it on using the switch on the body.

CAUTION: Do not store the batteries in the controller if you do not use your vacuum cleaner for a long time. This may cause batteries to leak and damage your controller. The installation will be complete when you place the hose and telescopic tube on the handle and hear the click.

How to Adjust Telescopic Tube:

Insert the telescopic tube into the handle controller. To adjust the desired length, push the knob on the telescopic tube and move the metal tube in / out to the desired length.

Carpet and Floor Brush Adjustable According To Surface:

It is used for dry cleaning of both hard and soft surfaces. You can clean the hard surfaces with the brush placed outside, and the soft surfaces, such as carpets, etc. with the brush placed inside. Ensure inserting or removing the brush by pressing the button on the brush.

Turbo Brush

Turbo brush has a rotating brush system that works with air flow. With the rotational movement of the brush, the pieces on the surface you are cleaning are easily suctioned. In addition, materials such as yarn and fiber on the carpet or floor are easily cleaned with the brush.

• Do not use the turbo brush more than necessary to clean a certain area. When using the turbo brush, move the hairs in the direction of flow, otherwise your carpet may be damaged.
• If any blockage occurs in the brush and duct during cleaning of small pieces, switch off the vacuum cleaner immediately and clean any clogged parts.
• NEVER touch the rotating brush when using the turbo brush.
• You can improve the performance of the brush by regularly cleaning the threads, hair and dirt on the brush. First switch off the cleaner, remove the brush from the telescopic tube, and then clean the turbo brush head.

- To clean the head of the Arzum Olimpia Smart, release the lock by turning the lock screws located under the head in the right and left corner of the brush in the direction of the "sign". Then pull the button in the middle of the two screws upwards. After cleaning the brush, replace the removed part. Turn the locking screws under the head in the direction of "sign". Lock by pushing the middle button in the opposite direction of the arrow.

Tube with Narrow Nozzle:

• Used for cleaning especially inaccessible and narrow places such as seat corners, radiator gaps, wall corners.

Cleaning Nozzle

- In places where the narrow nozzle is not convenient to use, this part is used (for cleaning upholstery, cloths, beds, etc.)

Small Brush

- By attaching this part to the small brush, you can clean furniture, lamps, shelves, books, etc.

To establish a connection between your vacuum cleaner and smart devices and to live the best experience with Olimpia Smart please download the Arzum application.

With Arzum App, Olimpia Smart will connect to your Wi-Fi network at your home and will map your iOS or Android smart devices.

Downloading the Application

- To download the app to your smart phone, please search the word "Arzum Olimpia" in App Store or Google Play.

Synching with the Device

• Before opening the app, please ensure that your Wi-Fi connection and the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone is open.
• Enter your Arzum user name and password in the app which you have downloaded to your smartphone. In case of first installation, you can be member for free through "Create a New Account".
• Push the on/off (power) button on your vacuum cleaner. Then, your device will be activated. If desired, you can deactivate the product by pressing the power button on the control or you can reduce the operation level by pressing the (-) button on the control.
• Upon activation of your vacuum cleaner your smartphone will start to search any devices which are close via Bluetooth. Complete mapping by selecting your vacuum cleaner on the Bluetooth list.
• Select the modem for Wi-Fi and enter the password.
• Once the connection is completed you will have access to the main screen having been downloaded to your smartphone.

NOTE: As the manufacturer or user settings in your smartphone may vary you might not succeed to connect at the first time. In this case, we recommend you to repeat the steps mentioned above. If you can establish any connection please visit "www.arzum.com/arzumolimpia", for detailed information.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

CAUTION: Before using your appliance, make sure that filters and dust reservoir are attached.

- Before using your appliance extend its mains cable to the proper length and plug in the wall socket. When red tape appears, NEVER force too much to pull out the cord.

- Operate your appliance by pressing on/off switch on the main body.

- Press on/off switch again in order to finish the cleaning process.

• After unplugging, press the cord rewinding button on the main body and then collect the cord.

Operation of Handle Control

- By pressing the (+) and (-) buttons on the front of the handle controller, you can adjust the suction power as you wish and provide high cleaning performance on every surface. After switching on your vacuum cleaner, you can switch it to stand-by by pressing (💡) on the controller. You can switch on the cleaner again at any time by pressing the same button (💡).

WARNING: In order to activate stand-by, the first time you start your vacuum cleaner, you must operate it by pressing the on / off button on the main body. When you press the stand-by button, the led indicator ( ) light will start flashing.

Electronic Setting of Suctioning Power:

You can increase or decrease the power by using the suction power adjustment button which is placed on the body.

Led Indicator

• You can see the set suction power level via the led indicator.
• If the indicator is red or the suction power is significantly reduced, this means that the dust bag is full or there is a clogging in the suction channels of your appliance (head, hose, pipe, etc.). Do not use the appliance before emptying the reservoir or checking the suction channels.

CAUTION: If the indicator light is still on even after emptying the dust reservoir, please check the following cases:

- Telescopic tube, hose, suctioning nozzle, or cleaning nozzles may be clogged.

• Motor protection filter or air outlet filter may get dirty.
• NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner unless indicator light turns to its normal position.

- When the dust in the dust container approaches the max level, the dust container must be cleaned.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Always turn off your appliance and unplug your mains cable from the wall socket before attempting any maintenance and care process.
- Clean body and interior section of your appliance with a wet cloth and then make sure that they are dried. Do not use abrasive substances or chemical solvents for cleaning your vacuum cleaner.

Removing and Emptying the Dust Reservoir

• When dust level in the dust container reaches max level, cleaning of dust container is recommended. A significant reduction in suction power indicates that the dust container is completely filled.
• If container is completely full, DO NOT continue to use the appliance until you empty the container.
• By pushing the dust reservoir removal button, take the reservoir out.
• Open the cover by pressing the latch on the handle to empty the dust. You can clean the dust container by washing.

opening the cover as shown. If there is a dust accumulation please clean it to prevent blockage.

WARNING: The black lid under the container of the appliance is to be opened and cleaned. Make sure the gasket seal located here is tightly fixed in order not to experience reduction in performance. It is recommended to check the seal every time you open and close the lid to maintain the vacuuming performance.

REPLACING THE FILTERS

• Before replacing the filters, be careful that your appliance is not plugged in the wall socket.
• Before attaching the filters, NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner.

Cleaning and Replacing Motor Protection Filter

- Remove the dust container. Remove the filter behind the container by removing the black frame from the notch. Wash the filter removed with plenty of water (do not use cleaning agents such as soap and detergent) thoroughly and dry thoroughly in a sun-exposed place. After drying, install it through the frame again.

WARNING: Motor protecting filter must be removed and cleaned and replaced after it is dried. (Motor protecting filter is located behind the dust container. It is important that the filter is dry as it might damage the motor if it is not.)

Replacing HEPA Air Outlet Filter

- HEPA filter ensures better cleaning conditions for those suffering respiratory-track illness, children, and those suffering allergy. Hepa filter is a useful device with superior properties.

- Open Hepa filter cover. Remove the Hepa filter from its socket on the body and then replace it.

- Hepa filter must be cleaned regularly. (You can shake the Hepa filter to clean.) It is recommended to replace the filter with a new one to achieve high performance from the vacuum cleaners.
