How do I turn on the TZR16N heater?

Plug the heater into a power outlet, then turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. Set the function switch to either Fan Only, Low Heat (1000 W), or High Heat (2000 W).

What does the thermostat do?

The thermostat automatically maintains the room temperature. Once the set temperature is reached, the heater will cycle off and on to maintain it. Turn the knob clockwise for higher temperature.

Is the TZR16N safe to leave unattended?

The heater has safety features including overheat protection and a tip-over switch. However, it is recommended to never leave the heater unattended while in use.

How do I clean the dust filter?

Unplug the heater. Remove the rear filter grille and take out the foam filter. Wash the filter with mild soap and water, let it dry completely before reinstalling. Clean monthly for optimal performance.

Why does the heater turn off suddenly?

This could be due to overheating or the tip-over switch activating. Ensure the heater is on a flat, stable surface and not covered. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before restarting. If the problem persists, contact support.

Can I use the heater in a bathroom?

The TZR16N is not designed for use in bathrooms or high-humidity areas. It should only be used in dry indoor locations to avoid electrical hazards.

What is the maximum room size for this heater?

The heater is suitable for rooms up to approximately 25 square meters (270 sq ft) with standard ceiling height. For larger rooms, a more powerful heater is recommended.

Does the heater have a remote control?

No, the TZR16N does not include a remote control. All settings are adjusted manually using knobs on the unit.

This booklet is an integral part of the appliance and must be read carefully before use as it provides important information regarding safe installation, use and maintenance. Therefore store carefully.

SAFETY WARNINGS

CAUTION: To prevent overheating do not cover the appliance.

The appliance must not be placed below electric socket on the wall.

1. Remove the packing and make sure that the appliance is intact. The appliance must be intact without visible damages which could be caused by transport. In case of doubt do not use it and contact our after-sales service. Do not leave packaging materials like plastic bags, foam polystyrene, buttons and staples within reach of children.
2. If external cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified service assistance.

1. Before cleaning the appliance or carrying out any maintenance switch off the whole system or disconnect the appliance
2. If the appliance malfunctions or is out of work switch it off without tampering it. If any repair is required please contact only the after-sale centers approved by the manufacturer and ask for original spare parts. Otherwise safety of the appliance can be compromised.

5. To avoid overheating risks you are recommended to unwind completely the extension cord.

7. Don't allow power chord hangs down form the table.
8. Never pull the chord of the appliance for moving it or for disconnecting it from main supply.

9. After use, disconnect the product from main supply.

10. Air grilles and outlets must be kept free, in order to avoid over heating of the product.

11. Keep a minimum distance of 50 cm from walls and objects avoiding that the air flow is directed towards them. Avoid that between the appliance and the wall corners there is a distance which is lower than 15 cm.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT

FUNCTIONS

“O” OFF

“∞” Fan only – No heat

“I” Heating, Low power

"II" Heating, High power

THERMOSTAT:

Turn clockwise to increase the heat output.

OSCILLATION CONTROL:

To activate or deactivate Oscillation function, push the related switch.

OPERATION

The appliance requires no installation, it should be used solely as a portable appliance.

Mains operated portable appliances are not suitable for use in a bathroom.

Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet [ observing all the instructions

regarding positioning and switch on.

To use the fan only function:

Turn the rotary switch to "X". The fan will blow out air at room temperature.

If the fan does not operate, the ambient room temperature is cooler than the built-in thermostat "off" level. Turn the thermostat dial gradually clockwise and the fan will start blowing.

To use the machine for heating:

Turn the rotary switch to "I" for low heat and "II" for full heat

Set the level of heat by turning the thermostat dial gradually clockwise for the lowest heat and fully clockwise for maximum.

The thermostat will turn the machine off when the selected room heating is achieved, and when the temperature drops it will turn on again automatically.

For maximum heat output use "II" with the thermostat turned fully clockwise.

To distribute heat evenly around a room, switch on the oscillation function.

SAFETY PROTECTION

The thermostat will turn the machine off if it overheats.

Overheating can be caused by obstruction to the air intakes on the back of the machine or the grill on the front. If this occurs please disconnect the machine or the and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Remove any obstruction and turn the machine back on.

If the problem persists you should have the machine checked by a suitable qualified electrician.

If the heater ceases to function, the most likely cause is that a no-self-resetting thermal cut-out operates which could be reset by disconnection of the supply, mains. If there is still no function please follow the repair advice above.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

There are no parts inside the machine that require your attention or servicing. Do not try to open the outer case. By doing so you could damage the motor and heating element and invalidate the warranty. If you have a problem with the heater, or if the power cord gets damaged in any way, you must take the unit to a suitably qualified engineer or electrical repair center.

Before cleaning the machine, please make sure it is disconnected from the power supply, and has cooled down completely.

Never clean the machine with water and do not let it get wet under any circumstance.

The outside case can be cleaned using a slightly damp lint-free cloth [a small amount of detergent can be used if required].

To remove any dust particles from inside the front grill, or the rear air intakes, you can use a regular vacuum cleaner.

Always make sure the machine is completely dry before using.

If you are not going to use the heater for a while it is best to make sure it is clean and dry and then store it inside a plastic bag in a cool dry place.

With sensible care and attention this heater will give you many years of good service and economical heating.
