How do I perform an initial channel search?

Press MENU, go to Channel > Auto Scan. Select antenna type (Air or Cable), country, and mode (DTV+ATV). Press OK to start scanning. The TV will automatically store found channels.

No picture but sound is normal. What should I do?

Check if the input source is correct (press INPUT). Adjust Brightness and Contrast in Picture menu. If using external device, verify cables are securely connected.

How to fix no sound but picture is fine?

Press MUTE to unmute. Increase Volume. Check Audio settings (Sound Mode, Balance). For external devices, ensure audio cables are connected properly.

Remote control not working. What can I do?

Remove any obstacles between remote and TV. Check battery polarity (+ and -). Replace with new AAA 1.5V batteries if needed.

How can I improve poor picture color or quality?

Go to Picture menu and adjust Color, Tint, Contrast, and Brightness. Set Picture Mode to Standard or User. Ensure antenna/cable connection is secure.

Can I play videos from a USB drive?

Yes. Insert USB, press INPUT, select USB. Navigate to Movie folder. Supported formats: .avi, .mp4, .ts/.trp, .mkv, .dat, .vob. Press ENTER to play.

How do I set a parental lock?

Press MENU, go to Lock. Enter default password (0000 or 9527). Enable Channel Locks and select channels to block. Set Parental Rating if available. Change password via New Password.

How to access teletext?

Press TEXT button (or MENU on some remotes) while watching a channel with teletext signal. Enter three-digit page number. Use INDEX for main page, HOLD to freeze subpages.

What aspect ratio options are available?

Press ASPECT button to cycle through: Auto, 4:3, 16:9, Zoom, Subtitle, Smart Zoom. Choose the one that best fits the content.

How to clean the TV screen?

Unplug the TV. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the screen. Do not use alcohol, chemicals, or household cleaners. Wipe off any water drops immediately to prevent damage.

Open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.

Insert the 2 batteries (AAA, 1.5V). Ensure the + and - polarities of the batteries line up with the markings inside the case. Close the cover.

Noise Reduction

Improves "noisy" (little dots on picture) picture due to weak signal transmission.

Choose DNR with ▲ Buttons and press select Medium/Weak/Strong/Off.

Page selection

1. Enter the page number (three digits) using the number buttons. If you press a wrong number during input, you must complete the three digit number and then reenter the correct page number.
2. The CH-/CH+ button can be used to select the preceding or following page.

When play multi-media file via USB, if TV reboot by static electricity, please select the current playing file again.

Screen care

• Unplug the TV before cleaning.
- Clean the TV screen and frame with a soft cloth. Never use substances such as alcohol, chemicals or household cleaners on the TV screen.
- Risk of damage to the TV screen! Never touch, push, rub or strike the screen with any object.
• To avoid deformations and color fading, wipe off water drops as soon as possible.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No sound and picture •	Check whether the main plug has been connected to a wall socket/socket• Check the picture contrast and brightness settings.
