  • Do not use the appliance near a sink or wash basin.
  • Do not use the appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not use the appliance outdoors.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
    • Always unplug your appliance when it is not in use, and before cleaning.
  • Always pull the plug – not the cord.

  • Keep the appliance and the cord well away from any hot surfaces to avoid any damage to the appliance.

Special safety instructions

  • When exchanging parts make sure that the appliance is unplugged and switched off
    • Make sure all parts are properly attached.
  • Never affix parts with different functions to the appliance at the same time.
  • Caution! Never touch the rotating parts/blades with your hands and/or other objects when using the appliance. This could lead to serious injuries and/or damage to the appliance.
  • Never use any boiling liquids. Allow those liquids to cool down first (lukewarm) to avoid serious injuries/burns.

  • Appliance and accessories are NOT dishwasher-safe!

Before first use

Clean the beaters (7) and dough hooks (6) in warm water using some dishwashing detergent before first use. Rinse and make sure that they are completely dry.

Attention! Never use beaters and dough hooks at the same time!

  1. Turn the speed control switch to OFF (0-position).
  2. Insert the ends of the beaters (7) into the resp. openings (5) of the mixer. You may need to twist them slightly until they click into place.
  3. Repeat step 2 for the second beater.
  4. Once the mixing process is complete, switch off (0-position) your appliance and disconnect it from the mains (9). Remove the contents from the bowl with a plastic/wooden spatula. Remove the beaters (7) by pushing the eject button (2).

Hint: If you would like to use the dough hooks instead of the beaters, simply proceed as described in steps 2 - 4.

Operation

  1. Insert the beaters (7)/dough hooks (6) into the mixer and connect it to the mains (9).
  2. Start the mixing process by turning the speed control switch (3) the right to position 1. You can choose from 5 speed settings (1 - 5). By pushing the Turbo Button (4) you turn the speed on maximum for a short amount of time. This operation time should not exceed 30 seconds in order to prevent the appliance from overheating.
  3. After having finished the mixing process, turn the speed control switch (3) to OFF. The appliance is now switched off.
  4. Disconnect the appliance from the mains (9) and remove the accessories as described before.

Hint: When fixing dough we recommend to use the dough hooks.

This appliance is only intended for private use. The mixing of heavy ingredients may cause damage to the appliance. Damage caused by unintended use is excluded from guarantee.

Cleaning and Care

Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains (9). Let it completely cool down.
