DESCRIPTION

- Lid
- Power switch ON/OFF
- Motor
- Mixer
- Freezer bowl
OPERATION
- Your ice cream maker must be cleaned before using it for the first time. See chapter on Cleaning.
- The freezer bowl must have been stored in the freezer for at least eight hours before the ice cream is made.
- Prepare the ice cream mixture or sorbet mix. Let it cool in the refrigerator before the ice cream is made.
• Metal utensils must not be used in the freezer bowl.
Fit the ice cream maker parts
- Place the motor unit in the lid (fig. 1).
- Insert the whisk in the motor unit (fig. 2).
- Remove the freezer bowl from the freezer.
- Place the lid/motor unit on the freezer bowl. Turn the lid clockwise until it locks into the freezer bowl (fig. 3).

- Press the power switch to start the ice cream maker.
- Pour the ice cream mixture through the hole in the lid. Do not fill to more than 4 cm from the top edge of the freezer bowl. The mixture will expand when it freezes.
- Let the ice cream maker run until the ice cream is the right consistency. This may take 15 to 30 minutes.
- Turn off the ice cream maker and serve the ice cream.
NOTE!
- The ice cream maker must be running before the ice cream mixture is poured in. Otherwise it will immediately freeze on the edges of the freezer bowl.
- The ice cream maker must not be stopped and restarted during freezing. There is a risk that the ice cream freezes so that the whisk cannot move.
- If the mix becomes too thick during freezing, the whisk will change its direction of rotation to prevent the motor overheating. If the whisk continues changing direction, turn off the ice cream maker. The ice cream is now ready.
- If the motor should overheat, a safety switch will turn the ice cream maker off. Turn off the power switch and let the ice cream maker cool before restarting.
- If you want the ice cream to have a more solid consistency, transfer it to a tub and place it in the freezer for a while before serving.
Tips
- Place the freezer bowl in a plastic bag and store in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or until you are going to use it. Let the freezer bowl stand upright.
- Make sure the freezer bowl is dry before placing it in the freezer.
• The freezer bowl must not be heated.
• For best results, the ice cream ingredients must be kept cold before use.
• If you add liqueur, for example, the alcohol will have an inhibiting effect on the freezing process.
MAINTENANCE

The freezer bowl must be at room temperature before cleaning. Wash the inside of the bowl and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the bowl in water.
The whisk must be removed from the motor unit before washing. Then dry it thoroughly.
