Place the appliance on a level, stable surface.

Do not expose the appliance to high temperatures and/or direct sunlight.

Make sure there is adequate ventilation. Do not block the ventilation openings on the appliance. Leave a free space of a least 20 cm round the air inlet and outlet on appliance.

Do not use the appliance at temperatures lower than 5°C.

Do not use the appliance outdoors.

  1. Unpack the appliance and check that no parts are missing or damaged.
  2. Put the appliance in a suitable place.
  3. Clean the appliance before using it for the first time.

Use

  1. Wait at least 30 minutes after the appliance has been moved. Plug in the power cord and start the appliance.

  2. Fill the reservoir with fresh water.

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

  1. Unplug the power cord before cleaning and if the appliance is not going to be used for some time.
  2. Clean the inside and outside of the appliance with a cloth moistened with a mild detergent.
  3. Clean the water tank

  4. Unscrew the cover over the water outlet and drain off the water.

  5. Pour fresh water into the tank and rub the inside of the tank with a clean cloth. Pour out the water and rinse the tank several times. Screw the cover on the water outlet.

  6. Do not use boiling water or strong detergents or solvents.

  7. Switch off the appliance, unplug the power cord, drain off the water and wipe the appliance with a dry cloth if it is not going to be used for a prolonged period. Store the appliance in a clean, dry place.
