How do I turn on the headphones?

Press and hold the MFB button for 4 seconds until the wireless LED flashes blue and red.

How do I pair the headphones with my device?

Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue/red). On your device, enable Bluetooth and select 'KS IMMERSE'. If asked for a passcode, enter '0000' or '1234'.

How long does it take to charge?

A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours. The first charge may take up to 3 hours. The LED turns green when fully charged.

Can I use the headphones while charging?

Yes, you can use the headphones in wired mode while charging, but wireless and ANC may not function optimally.

How do I activate Active Noise Cancelling?

Slide the Active Noise Cancelling on/off switch (1) to ON. The ANC LED will turn blue. Note: ANC does not work when the battery is drained and using wired connection.

What is the battery life?

With ANC and Bluetooth on, you get 16 hours talk time and 12 hours play time. Standby time is up to 30 hours.

How do I answer a call?

Press the MFB button once to answer. Press it again to end the call. Hold MFB for 1 second to redial.

Can I use the headphones with a wired connection?

Yes, connect the 3.5mm aux-in cable to the headphones and your device. Audio will play through the headphones in wired mode.

What should I do if the headphones won't connect?

Ensure they are charged, paired, and within 10 metres of the device. Only one device can be paired at a time. Reset by putting them on charge if they won't switch off.

How do I clean the headphones?

Use a soft dry cloth. Do not use detergents or get them wet.

Instructions for use

Charging the battery

1. Connect the micro USB end of the charging cable to the Micro USB input (6) and the standard USB end to a PC USB port or USB main's charger
2. The Wireless LED Indicator (7) will be red whilst charging. It will turn green after around 2.5 hours. The battery is now fully charged. Note: The first charge may take up to 3 hours to complete.

Pairing a wireless device

1. Start by holding the MFB (2) down for 4 seconds. You will see the Wireless LED indicator (7) flash blue and rod alternatively, indicating that it has entered parating mode
2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your device and search for wireless devices (check your device's manual if you're unsure how to do this)
3. Select: 'KS MMERSE' from the list of found devices
4. If asked for a passcode, enter '0000' or '1234' and the headphones will then be connected to your device
   a. After pairing successfully, the Wireless LED indicator (/) will blink purple twice; you can then answer the phone or listen to your music.

5. While listening to music the Wrecess LED indicator (7) will pink blue every 3 seconds

6. The next time the headphones are switched on, they will automatically search for and attempt to connect to the last paired device. Note: 'Bluetooth' is a trademark of Bluetooth SIG. Inc. This product is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Bluetooth SIG Inc.

Re-pairing or pairing new devices

1. Make sure wireless is turned off on any previously paired devices
2. Follow the 'Pairing a wireless device' instructions from step 1

Call-handling

Answer a call When a call comes through, the headphones will play a ringtone. Press the MFB (2) to answer. During the call you can increase the volume by using the Volume up (3) and Volume down (4) buttons on the headset

End call During a call, press the MFB (2) to end call

Re-dial Whilst not in a call, hold the MFB [2] for 1 second to redial

Playing music

Play/Pause Press the MFB (2) to switch between play and pause status

Adjusting the volume Hold Volume up (3) and Volume down (4) buttons to control the volume. The volume can also be adjusted on your device

Music selection Press the Track forward (3) and Track backward (4) buttons to switch songs

Active Noise Cancelling

1. Push the Active Noise cancelling or/Off (1) switch to activate

2. When the Active Noise canceling on/off (1) switch is activated, the Active Noise canceling LED indicator (8) will be blue

Warning: It is not recommended that this product should be used driving or walking as will prevent you from hearing warnings that could be a danger to you or others.

Note: Active Noise cancelling will not work when battery has drained and the wired connection is being used.

Wired use

1. Connect the 3.5 mm cable provided into the 3.5 mm aux-in [5]
2. Connect the other end of the 3.5 mm cable into your device
3. When you play music on your device, the audio should now be heard through the headphones

Care for your Immerse

Please DON'T

• Get the Immersion wet
• Drop the Immense as this will invalidate your warranty
• Open up the Immense. There are no user serviceable parts inside
• Expose the immerse to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa
  Please DO:
• Clean the Immense with a soft dry cloth and no detergents

Battery information

• Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the device when not in use
• If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. We recommend a full charge twice a month to ensure battery integrity
• Please do not leave the device in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in summer or winter conditions as it will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery
• Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged

Troubleshooting

• If you cannot connect the headphones to your device, please try the following:
• Ensure that the headphones are charged, switched on, paired with and connected to your device.
  Check the headphones are within 10 metres (30 feet) of your device and that, there are no obstructions (such as walls or other electronic devices) between the headphones and the device
• Only one device may be paired to these headphones at a time, so please ensure there are no conflicting wireless devices trying to connect to the headphones
• If the headphones will not switch off, they can be reset back to normal by putting them on charge
• If you receive an intermittent signal, please ensure the headphones are fully charged before continuing use
• If you do not use the headphones for longer than 3 minutes whilst not connected to a device, they will automatically power off to conserve power
