General safety instructions
Before using the appliance ensure that the main voltage corresponds to the voltage displayed on the rating label. Always plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet.
In order to avoid electrical shock risk, please do not inmerse the power cord nor the appliance into water or any other kind of liquid. Check the cleaning instructions.
Do not use unauthorized accessories. This will result in cancellation of the guarantee and could cause accidents.
Do not keep the power cording hanging from the table or the shelf. Keep it away from hot sources. Do not allow sharp or blunt objects to touch it. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or the plug are damaged, or if you notice unusual operation of the appliance.
Do not leave the appliance operating without supervision. Always switch off the appliance and unplug it. Pull the plug, not the power cord.
If any repair is needed, or if the power cord must be replaced, please ask a aqualified professional or contact the Official Technical Support.

CAUTION: To ensure children's safety, keep away packaging material such as plastic bags, carton boxes, etc.

Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
This appliance is not supposed to be operated by any external timer or remote control system.
Do not use the appliance over or near heat sources, such as gas heaters, electric heaters or hot ovens.
Never use forks or sharp objects to clean the appliance. This could cause several damage and may cause an accident.
Do not immerse the appliance in water. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
Before cleaning the appliance, check that it is unplugged.

Do not use the appliance in an improper way. It could cause severe injuries. In the event that the appliance has been misused by the costumer, the guarantee will be cancelled.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not place the appliance on surfaces with instability or low heat resistance, or on top of any other domestic appliance.
Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance. Do not cover it and do not place if near flammable materials. Always use appropriate cooking gloves.
To facilitate adequate air flow, allow at least 5cm of clear space between the oven and surrounding walls on each side.
Remove the tray or grill with extreme caution. Be specially careful when handling the tray to avoid dripping or spilling oil, grease or other hot liquids.
Neve use aluminium foil to cover the oven, its accessories or any food to be cooked.
Do not use recipients made of carton, paper, plastic or any other material similar to these. Do not place the food directly on the tray or grill.
Only use recipients made specifically for oven cooking. Always check the information label provided by the manufacturer on any recipient to be used.
Do not use the oven's cavity to store accessories or tools when the appliance is not in use.
Do not overload the tray or the grill tray with excessive weight.
This appliance is equipped with a safety tempered glass door. This special glass is significantly more resistant than common glass, but still must be handled carefully. Please do not close the door abruptly. Do not scratch its surface and do not make indents on its borders.
The appliance is turned off when the timer control is set to the "OFF" position.
It is very important to keep clean the appliance.

WARNING: In case of improper use, injuries and loss of guarantee may occur.
Children must be supervised so they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.

Before putting the appliance into operation, screw the feet to the bottom as shown on the figure. Use the screws included in the packaging.
Do not force the screws. Never use the appliance without the feet screwed on. Check the feet have been installed correctly before using the appliance.

Function description
In order to use this appliance it is important to understand the functions assigned to its buttons and accessories:
Temperature control: establishes the desired coocking temperature (100°C to 250°C).
Timer control: turn this knob clockwise to set the desired cooking time. The appliance will beep once the preset time has elapsed.
Mode control: allows to choose between 4 different positions: off / top heating / bottom heating / top and bottom heating.
Bake tray: use this accessory to cook pastries, pasta, bread meat or roasts.
Grill: use this accesory to cook pizzas, bread dough or other recipes that require top and bottom heating.
Bake tray handle: use this accesory to remove the bake tray or grill when they are still hot.
Before using the appliance for the first time
Make sure the appliance is unplugged and the timer is set to the "OFF" position.
Wash all accessories in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher.
Dry thoroughly all accessories and place them in their position.
Plug the oven to an appropriate power outlet. The appliance is ready for use.
Before using the appliance for the first time, set the temperature control to the highest temperature position (250°C) to ensure any manufacturing or packing residue is removed. This will also remove all traces of odor.

NOTE: The initial start-up operation may result in minimal smell and smoke for about 15 minutes. This situation is absolutely normal due to the burning of protecting substances applied to the heating elements during the manufacturing process.
Before using the appliance for the first time
To operate the appliance please refer to the following steps:
Ensure the appliance is plugged to an appropriate power outlet.
Place the grill or the bake tray in the oven's cavity at the desired height.
Put the food you wish to cook on the grill or bake tray, using an adequate recipient if required. Check that neither the recipient or the food are in contact with the oven's cavity or the heating elements.
Close the oven's door.
Turn the temperature control knob to set the desired cooking temperature (100-200°C).
Turn the mode control knob to the desired position to set the cooking mode:

Turn the time knob to set the desired cooking time. The oven will start cooking the food on the oven's cavity according to the cooking mode selected in the previous step.
If you will, you can press the convection button to turn on the convection function. When this function is operating, hot air flows inside the oven's cavity in an uniform manner, so the food is heated homogeneously.
Once the established time has elapsed, the oven will beep to indicate that the cooking has finished. If you wish to remove the food before the established time, turn the timer knob up to the "OFF" position.

WARNING: to avoid risk of burns or injuries, do not touch the hot parts when the oven is operating.

CAUTION: Always remove the bake tray, grill or any recipient from the oven with extreme caution. Use the provided bake tray handle or adequate cooking gloves when removing hot food from the oven.
Cleaning and maintenance
It is essential to keep the oven clean in order to ensure correct operating and appropriate hygienic standards for cooking.
Follow these steps after each use for the cleaning and maintenance of your oven:
Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
Do not use aggressive cleaner products. Do not use metallic brushes or sharp tools to clean the appliance.
Please clean the cover with a slightly damp cloth.
Never immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid. Do not put it under a water stream. Do not put the appliance into the dishwasher.
The door and its glass should be cleaned from both sides. Use an dry soft cloth to clean accumulated steam inside or outside the appliance's door.
Use an slightly damp cloth to clean the oven's cavity. You can used mild cleaner products to remove excessive dirt. Do not use aggressive detergents.
Keep the appliance dry and clean. Accumulated steam or food residues may damage it.
The grill, the bake tray and the bake tray handle can be washed with water or in the dishwasher

Product disposal

Regulation regarding waste from electronic appliances according to RAEE 2002/96/EC. This symbol means the appliance can not be treated as regular domestic waste; it must be returned to the distributor, handed over the corresponding electronic product collection point or delivered to the collection point empowered for such purpose, so its components are recycled and not mixed within domestic waste.
You can also contact your local waste collection service, so it can be collected and treated accordingly following the environment protection instructions, or to receive proper information about the steps to follow for the correct disposal of the appliance.
