What does the switch position II do?

Position II is for continuous operation. It is recommended only for advanced users and requires special care, as the blade runs without holding the switch.

How do I adjust the slice thickness?

Turn the thickness-adjustment knob located on the side of the slicer. The range is from 0 to 20 mm.

Why does the slicer stop automatically?

The slicer may stop if you release the switch in position I (momentary mode) or if it exceeds the maximum operating time. It is designed to prevent overheating by requiring a 30-minute cooldown after 7 minutes of use.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. After unpacking, remove the foil and papers protecting the appliance. Then clean the slicer according to the instructions in the Cleaning and Maintenance section.
2. Place the slicer on a flat top, close to an electrical socket, keeping a distance for convenient access to the switch and pusher.
3. Turn the thickness adjustment knob to 0 mm.
4. Slide the sliding board into the guide until it locks firmly.
5. Slide the pusher onto the sliding board.

USING THE SLICER

1. Slide the sliding board towards yourself, then position the product ready for slicing on the sliding board.
2. Set the desired cutting thickness using the adjustment knob.
3. Plug the power cord into the electrical socket.
4. Run the slicer with your left hand by pressing the switch. It is recommended to use the switch in position I. When the button is released, the slicer switches off. Continuous operation (position II) is recommended only for advanced users, and requires special care.
5. Slowly move the sliding board towards the blade with the right hand, gently pressing the product with the pusher. Then move back the sliding board.
6. After the cutting is finished, turn off the appliance with the switch and wait for the blade to stop. Unplug the power cord from the electric socket. Turn the thickness adjustment knob to 0 mm.
7. Clean the slicer after each use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply.

Turn the thickness-adjustment knob to 0 mm.

Wipe the slicer body with a slightly damp cloth, then wipe until it is dry. Never immerse the appliance in water, or wash it under running water.

Blade disassembly

Turn the blade-mounting screw to the right (following the arrow) and unscrew it. Carefully remove the blade without touching the sharp surfaces.

Clean the blade with water and dishwashing liquid. Before assembly, make sure that it has fully dried out.

To assemble the blade, insert it while paying attention to the alignment of the sprockets, then screw it to the left with the mounting screw.

Sliding-board disassembly

Slide the sliding-board lock towards yourself, then slide the sliding board out of the guides.

Clean the blade and the pusher with water and dishwashing liquid.
