Stlačením tlačidiel na uvol'nenie nadstavca uvol'nite tyčový nadstavec (Obr. 2) a pod tečúcou teplou vodou ho ihned' opláchnite. Dbajte na to, aby voda nenatiekla dovnútra nadstavca do priestoru hnacieho hriadela. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do not use this equipment in a manner different from the instructions in this manual.
- Remove all packing and marketing materials from the appliance before you use it for the first time.
- Make sure the connecting voltage corresponds to values on the unit type label.
- Close supervision is necessary when the unit is on or plugged into the socket.
- Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from sources of heat.
- Disconnect the machine from the electrical socket when you are not using it.
- Never hold the power cord when disconnecting the machine from the socket; grasp and pull the plug, not the cord.
- Do not allow children or people with reduced capabilities to handle the unit. Use the machine out of the reach of these people.
- People with limited movement capacity, reduced sensory perception, insufficient mental capacity or those who are unaware of the proper handling should use the product only under the supervision of a responsible person who is aware of these instructions.
• Exercise utmost caution when using the unit while children are nearby. - Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy.
• To prevent children from reaching the power cord, make sure it does not hang over the edge of the working area. - Do not use the unit out of doors or on wet surfaces, as such locations give rise to the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use any other accessories except those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never use the machine if the supply cable or plug has been damaged; have the defect repaired immediately by an authorised service centre.
- Never pull the supply power cord or use it to carry the machine.
- Keep the machine away from any sources of heat such as radiators, ovens, etc. Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight or moisture.
- Do not touch the unit if your hands are damp or wet.
- Before mounting any accessories, cleaning, or in the case of a defect, turn the unit off and remove the plug from the electrical socket.
- The unit is intended for household use only; it is not designed for commercial application.
- Never immerse the power cord, the plug, or the machine in water or any other liquid.
- Check the unit and its power cord regularly for damage. Never turn the unit on if it is damaged.
- Keep your hair, fingers and clothing out of reach of the moving parts during operation.
- Be careful when handling the extensions, as the blades are very sharp and may cause injury.

Do not use machine accessories in a microwave oven.

Some parts may keep moving for a while after the motor has been switched off and the power cord has been disconnected from the socket. Wait until the movement stops completely.
- Use the unit solely for food processing.
- The maximum allowed temperature of the processed ingredients is 80 °C. Do not use the beater for very hot food!
- Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorised service centre for repair.
Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may invalidate the warranty.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Before mounting or removing accessories onto or from the machine, always pull the plug out of the electrical socket!
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water for hygienic reasons.
The unit is designed for short operation periods. Do not use it for periods of longer than 1 minute at a time. Allow the unit to cool down for at least 10 minutes after use.
Never let the appliance run idle for more than 10 seconds.
MIXING
The stick extension is designed for making sauces, toppings, soups, mayonnaise, baby food, mixed drinks and milkshakes.
- Put the food in the mixing bowl or another tall kitchen vessel.
- Mount the unit body onto the shaft of the extension stick.
- Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure the cord does not touch any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage socket.
- Hold the body with one hand and the mixing bowl with the other.
- Select the desired speed (the 4620 series), insert the unit into the mixing bowl and push the power switch to initiate operation. While mixing, use circular

movements on the bottom of the bowl. You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo button.
- Switch the unit off after mixing. Disconnect the cable from the socket.
- Push the extension release buttons (Fig. 1) to release the stick extension from the body and wash it under running lukewarm water immediately. Make sure the water does not get inside the extension to the driving shaft area. If this happens, leave the stick extension to dry, and apply a few drops of vegetable oil to ease the operation of the stick bearings.
EXAMPLE - MAYONNAISE RECIPE
200 - 250 ml oil
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar salt and pepper

Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl in the above-mentioned order. Insert the stick extension to the bottom of the mixing bowl. Switch ON, and hold the unit in this position until the oil creates an emulsion. Move the operating unit up and down slowly, until the mayonnaise has the required density.
CHOPPING (only TM 4620 series)
The chopping bowl is suitable for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, dried plums, etc.
Do not attempt to chop extremely hard foodstuff s such as nutmeg, coff ee beans, or cereals.
Items like meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, or frozen food must be cut before chopping.
Remove the stems from herbs and all nutshells.
Remove bones, cartilage and tendons from the meat.

Fill the chopping bowl with the ingredients and close it with the cover that holds the transmission.

Mount the unit body on the lid with the transmission.

Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure it does not touch any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage socket.

Hold the body with one hand and the chopping container with the other.

Select the required speed and push the button to start the machine. You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo button.

Switch the unit off after chopping. Use the release buttons to disconnect the unit body from the lid with the transmission. Disconnect the cable from the socket.

Wipe the lid with the transmission using a wet cloth. Do not immerse in water or wash in running water!

WHISKING (only TM 4620 series)
The whisk extension may only be used for whisking cream, egg whites, for preparation of thin sponge cake dough, and cold desserts.
Use a wide container.
The maximum amount of cold cream (minimum fat content 30 %, 4-8 °C) for whisking is 400 ml.
The maximum amount of egg whites to be whisked is four.
- Put the food in a wide container.
- Mount the unit body onto the shaft of the whisking extension stick.

Switch the unit off after whisking. Disconnect the cable from the socket.

Push the extension release buttons to release the whisking extension. Remove the whisk from the transmission. Wipe the transmission with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the transmission in water or wash in running water! You can wash the whisk under running warm water or immerse in water and soak.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch the unit off and pull the plug from the socket prior to cleaning and after use of the unit.
Clean the unit body with a wet cloth.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the unit.
The transmissions must not be exposed to water! Wipe them with a damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the stick extension in water! Just rinse it. Make sure the water does not enter the extension where the driving spindle is. If this happens, leave the stick extension to dry and apply a few drops of vegetable oil to ease the operation of the extension bearings.
Wash the vessels and blades in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean water; you can use a dishwasher.
Some of the plastic parts may change colour when you process ingredients with a higher pigmentation level (e.g. carrots). To remove the colour, apply vegetable oil to these parts and let it work for a couple of minutes before washing.
The warranty conditions do not apply to defects caused by improper or inadequate maintenance of the equipment.
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
Any extensive maintenance or repair that requires access to the inner parts of the product must be performed by an expert service centre.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- Packaging materials and obsolete appliances should be recycled.
• The transport box may be disposed of as sorted waste.
• Polyethylene bags shall be handed over for recycling.
