SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this appliance for the first time, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Failure to follow the safety instructions may result in serious injury, product damage, or loss of warranty. Non-compliant use releases FLAMA from any responsibility.

This appliance must not be used by children under 8 years old.

Children over 8 years old and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, may use the appliance only under proper supervision or after receiving instructions on safe use and understanding the risks involved.

Children must not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

Keep the appliance and power cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.

Ensure that the voltage of your household electrical system matches the voltage indicated on the appliance's rating plate.

This appliance must be connected to a grounded socket.

Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.

This appliance must not be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord.

If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service, or similarly qualified personnel to avoid hazards.

Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply by unplugging it:

  • If left unattended;
  • Before assembling or disassembling parts;
  • Before cleaning;
  • Whenever near moving parts.

Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

ADDITIONAL WARNINGS

Do not place the appliance near the edge of a countertop or table during operation. Vibration may cause the appliance to move and fall. Always use on level, clean, and dry surfaces.

Do not move the appliance while operating.

Do not place the appliance in the dishwasher.

Never leave the appliance unattended while operating.

Only the mixing bowl is dishwasher safe.

Do not place the appliance on or near gas burners, electric hotplates, or heated ovens.

Always ensure the speed selector is in position '0' before connecting or disconnecting the appli-ance.

Be careful when removing food from the mixing bowl. Ensure the motor and accessories have completely stopped before doing so.

Before unlocking the mixing arm to the raised position, ensure the speed selector is in position '0' and the appliance is unplugged.

Always remove the accessories (dough hook, whisk, mixer) before removing the mixture from the bowl.

Ensure the appliance arm is locked in the horizontal position before storing the appliance.

Do not place any part of the appliance inside a microwave oven.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Ensure the speed control is set to "0" and the plug is removed from the socket before cleaning.

Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.

Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or alcohol.

Never immerse the appliance in water.

The following accessories are not dishwasher safe:

  • Splash guard,
  • Dough hook,
  • Whisk,
  • Mixer.

Wash them by hand using warm water and dish detergent.

The mixing bowl can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand. Avoid using abrasive detergents.

OPERATION

Mixing head safety system

The appliance will immediately stop operating if the head is lifted during use.

Lower the head back into the locked position and restart using the speed control.

Before First Use

All components and accessories should be washed as described in the “Cleaning and Maintenance” section.

During Use

Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before assembling, changing, or cleaning accessories.

Wait until the motor has completely

stopped before touching any parts.

Press the head release button to lift the head.

Raise the head until it locks in the upper position.

Place the mixing bowl and turn it clockwise to fix it.

Position the splash guard over the bowl with the opening facing to the left.

To fit an accessory:

Align the pin with the accessory slot.

Push upwards and turn counterclockwise (about 90°).

If the accessory touches the splash guard when fitting, lower the head and briefly turn on the appliance to center it.

Add ingredients into the bowl.

USING THE APPLIANCE

Place ingredients in the mixing bowl.

Lift the head by pressing the release button.

Secure the bowl to the base by turning it clockwise.

Attach the dough hook, whisk, or mixer to the accessory shaft.

Press the head down until it locks.

Plug the appliance into the socket and select the desired speed:

- "P" for short pulses

- 1 to 12 for continuous use

To remove the bowl, lift the head and remove the bowl from the base.

PLANETARY MOTION

The accessories rotate around their own axis while also rotating around the bowl, allowing for uniform ingredient mixing.

ACCESSORY USAGE SUGGESTIONS

For best results, use the appropriate accessory and set the speed according to the preparation:

Dough hook

• Medium doughs (thick batters, mashed potatoes) → Speed 1 to 11.
- Heavy doughs (bread, pizza) Speed 1 to 4.
- NOTE – Avoid using low speed for prolonged periods.

Whisk Accessory

  • Egg whites: Speed 12, \~4 minutes.
  • Whipped cream: 250 ml fresh cream, Speed 12, 4 minutes.

Mixer Accessory

  • Milkshakes, cocktails, liquid mixtures.
    • Speed: 5 to 11, up to 4 minutes.

NOTE – Do not exceed the maximum bowl capacity.

  1. Keep the proof of purchase (receipt) for this product carefully. When a repair is made under these conditions, the technician will require proof of purchase. This assistance can only be provided once you have proven, with the proof of purchase, that your appliance is within the warranty period.
