SETTING THE TEMPERATURE

  • You can set the temperature of the appliance as desired. The temperature ranges from a minimum of (0) to a maximum of (5). The recommendation is to set the temperature to the middle position for normal use. Use a low setting for slow grilling of delicate dishes such as fish fillets, and a high setting for searing meat, grilling vegetables and cooking whole fish
  • This switch is also the on/off switch, and 0 is the off position.

TIPS

  • Defrost frozen food before laying it on the teppanyaki.
  • If you only need to use a part of the teppanyaki, then place the food in the middle to obtain the ideal cooking result.
