This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.

If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.

This appliance may be used by children from the age of 16 and up, and also by persons with a physical or sensory limitation, as well as mentally limited persons or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge. But only on the condition that these persons have received the necessary instructions on how to use this appliance in a safe way and know the dangers that can occur by using this appliance.

Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Maintenance and cleaning of the appliance may not be done by children, unless they are older than 16 years old and are under supervision. Keep the appliance out of reach of children younger than 16 years old.

This appliance is suitable to be used in a household environment and in similar surroundings such as:

PRECAUTIONS

  • If the floor brush or tube is blocked, immediately switch off the vacuum cleaner. Remove the blockage before switching it on again.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner too close to heating appliances or radiators.
    • Make sure you have dry hands when plugging in the vacuum cleaner.
  • Remove all large and sharp objects from the floor before vacuuming to prevent the filter from getting damaged.
  • When removing the plug from the socket, always pull the plug itself. Never pull the cord.

ASSEMBLING THE VACUUM CLEANER

Always remove the plug from the power outlet when assembling or removing any parts.

  1. Flexible hose: put the flexible hose into the air inlet at the front of the vacuum cleaner and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
  2. Metal tubes: Connect the 2 metal tubes. Attach the tubes to the handle. Attach the floor brush to the tubes.
  3. Accessories: crevice nozzle with small brush and small floor brush. With storage clip, to be attached to the tube.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before using the vacuum cleaner, you need to sufficiently unwind the cord. Then put the plug into the power outlet. The yellow marker on the cord indicates the ideal maximum length to unwind the cord. Never unwind the cord further than the red marker.

  1. Press the on/off button to start vacuuming.
  2. Set the suction power by turning the on/off button. The handle of the tube also has an air vent which can be opened or closed for more or less suction power.
  3. Press the on/off button again to switch off the appliance.
  4. To rewind the cord, remove the plug from the outlet and hold the plug in your hand while pressing the cord rewinding button with your other hand. Hold the plug to prevent the plug or cord from causing any damage during rewinding.

CLEANING THE DUST CONTAINER AND FILTERS

Before cleaning the vacuum cleaner or its parts, you always need to switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.

Dust container:

  1. Grasp the handle of the dust container and press the silver button on top of the container. Carefully pull the dust container upwards. The dust container will slide out of the vacuum cleaner.

  2. At the side of the dust container there is a button to open the container.

  3. Hold the dust container over a dust bin. Slide the button down, the bottom of the dust container will open and the dust will fall out.

  4. If you want to clean the inside of the dust container more thoroughly, you can remove the transparent part of the dust container by turning it counterclockwise to unlock.

Dust container filter:

You can now clean the filter that is placed inside the dust container. Open the lid at the top of the dust container. You can now take out the filter in its holder. If you want to clean the filter, remove the filter from its holder and beat it or rinse it under running water. Make sure to air dry the filter and its holder thoroughly before placing it back into the dust container.

Air outlet HEPA filter:

This filter cleans the air before it leaves the vacuum cleaner. The air filter is placed in the bottom of the

vacuum cleaner. Remove the lid and take out the filter. Clean the filter under running water and let it dry thoroughly before placing it back into the compartment.

During regular cleaning it will suffice to beat the filters so the dust is removed. It is recommended to rinse the filters 3 or 4 times a year. Dry them completely or replace them if necessary. Place the filters back into the vacuum cleaner when they are completely dry.

CAUTION:

  • Always use the vacuum cleaners with its filters in place. If not, this may cause loss of suction power or damage to the motor.
  • Always remove the plug from the power outlet before cleaning the filters.
  • Do not clean the filters in the dishwasher.
  • Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filters.
