1. Safety instructions

This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use. Please read before first commissioning the safety instructions carefully and observe the safety instructions to prevent damage due to misuse, improper operation, and improper environmental conditions to be avoided. Keep these for later reference.

Check the device after removing the packaging for damage. Do not put the unit in case of suspected corruption in operation and consult a specialist. The recyclable packaging material must not be stored or disposed accessible for young children, but must be disposed of properly.

This appliance is only for the purpose for which it was explicitly developed. Any other use is regarded as improper and therefore dangerous. The supplier is not liable for damage to persons and / or property damage due to an improper or incorrect use.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by trained personnel only. Improperly performed repairs and alterations to the equipment can have dangerous consequences for the user according to what the warranty will be rejected. Observing the following procedures will reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons and keep installation time to a minimums. Save these instructions for future used.

1. Please read all instructions before using this device.
2. Do not leave this device unattended when using it.
3. This heater will get hot when in use. Do not touch hot surfaces.
4. Note: Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns. When children and vulnerable groups are present, special attention must be paid.
5. Do not move the device when using it. Before moving, please wait for the heater to cool completely, and check whether the heater has been unplugged from the power supply.
6. Place the device at least 1m away from highly flammable materials such as furniture, trees, leaves, hay and bushes.
7. The heater must be at least 1.8m above the ground and at least 0.5m above the building ceiling or hanging objects.
8. The heater must not face up, towards the ceiling. The heater element must face the area to be heated.
9. Warning: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. It's not for drying clothes.
10. Keep children and pets at a safe distance away from equipment.

11. Children aged 8 and above, as well as people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, can use this equipment, provided that they have received supervision or guidance on safe use of this equipment and know the dangers involved.

12. Children are not allowed to play with the equipment. Without supervision, children are not allowed to carry out cleaning and user maintenance.

13. If there are any signs of damage or malfunction, do not operate the heater.
14. Do not try to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this device. The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Only qualified electricians can carry out maintenance or repair. Trying to repair the equipment yourself will void your warranty.
15. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified personnel to avoid danger.
16. Do not operate components with bare hands. If accidentally touched, use a soft cloth and methylated alcohol or alcohol to remove finger marks, otherwise these marks will burn into the components, resulting in premature failure of the heater.

30. This heater is for domestic use only and should not be used for commercial contract purposes. Any alternative use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or personal injury.
31. It is not recommended to use accessories on the heater.
32. Warning: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Unless there is continuous supervision, don't use this heater in a small room occupied by people who can't leave the room by themselves.

3. Installation

Before the installation, these matters need to attention

Installation steps

According to the product

1. installation location, use percussion drilling to make three diameter 8 mm round holes.

2. Insert the three plastic wall anchors to the three holes.

3. Fixed the bracket by three ST4*35 screws and make sure the installation points fixed securely.

4. Before fixed the heater, make sure the rocker power switch on the right side and then fixed the bracket and heater by two M6*14 screws and butterfly nuts.

5. The inner agon nut on the holder can be used to adjust the angle of the product.

4. Operation

1. PLUG the unit into a plug socket, make sure the power supply is the same as rated.
2. PRESS the power button on the right side of heater.
3. TURN ON the heater by remote control, or off the heater.
4. DOWN & UP BUTTON, setting the power level.

5. Troubleshooting

1. If heater will not power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not, plug in.
2. Check if electricity to the main fuse is working.
3. Check to see it the thermostat knob to the ON position.
4. Check the thermostat setting, The heater may be off because it has reached the desired temperature setting.
5. The error code is shown on the display

E1 Error on the display: Control unit overheated. Check the installation distances, cool down the heater after 1 hour and restart.
E2 Error on display: Tilt function, let heater cool down to less than 60° and restart.
L1, L2 is shown in the display, but no bulb is damaged. Get a replacement bulb from your local dealer.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

Attention! It is necessary to regularly and carefully maintain the infrared heater to realize the long-term and efficient operation of the equipment.

Check the cleanliness of reflector and infrared filament at least once a month. If necessary, apply cleaning and maintenance instructions.

Considering the amount of dust in the environment, the number of inspections can be increased.

When cleaning the equipment, visually inspect the deformation of mirrors, wires and frames. If there is any deformation, please consult a qualified technician.

DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRICAL PART OF THE PRODUCT

In accordance with Article 26 of the Decree-Law of 14 March 2014 implementing Directive 2012/19/EC, and the Law of 31 March 2015 implementing Directive 2015/863/EU on the reduction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and on waste management.
