Intended use
This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
This appliance is intended exclusively for domestic, non-commercial use.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating elements, in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Do not let any water or other liquid enter into the appliance to prevent electric shock.
Always put the ingredients to be fried in the basket, to prevent it from coming into contact with the heating elements.
Do not cover the air inlet and the air outer openings while the appliance is operating.

Safety precautions
WARNING
Safety hazard due to unintended use:
- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never lift the appliance by the power cable. Lifting the appliance by the power cable may damage the power cable. Only lift the appliance by holding the base.
- The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
- This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for. In worst case the food can catch fire. (i.e. do not use more than one tea spoon of oil, no meat that will release to much grease or water intended for boiling foods.
- This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
- To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.
- The appliance is to be connected to a socketoutlet having an earthed contact (for class I appliances).
Electric shock hazard due to short-circuiting:
- Never use the appliance if there are visible signs of damage or defects to the appliance or power cable. Always replace a damaged or defective appliance or power cable immediately or contact customer service.
• Always avoid spillage on the power cable.
- Never open the appliance. The appliance may only be opened for maintenance by an authorised technician.
- Never replace the power cable yourself. Always let the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person replace the power cable.
- Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in use or unattended, and before cleaning.
- Always check if the voltage stated on the type plate of your appliance matches your mains voltage before use.
- Never insert any objects into the air vent openings.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.
Fire hazard due to overheating:
- Never leave the appliance unattended when in use. Only use the appliance under supervision. Switch off the appliance and remove the power cable from the power outlet when you leave the room.
- Never use the appliance with a programmer, timer, separate remote control system or any other device that switches the appliance on automatically.
- Never place the appliance directly underneath a power outlet. The appliance may become hot during use. Always keep the back of the appliance clear of any objects.
- Never place the appliance near a heat source.
• Never fill the pan with oil.
Fire hazard due to short-circuiting:
- Never drop the appliance and avoid bumping. Excessive vibrations can lead to loosened connections and can influence proper functioning of the appliance. Stop using the appliance if the appliance has been dropped.
- Never use the appliance with an extension cable.
- Please place the produce 30cm away the wall or furniture to avoid damage to wall or furniture.
- Never connect any other appliance with high power consumption to the same group.
Fire hazard due to burnt food:
• Always clean all parts that come into contact with food after use.
- Never exceed the maximum level indicated on the inside of the pan to avoid contact with the heating element.
Burning hazard due to hot liquids:
- Never use the appliance on recreational vehicles or boats. Hot liquid may spill out of the appliance.
- Always ensure the basket is fully closed. Hot liquid may splatter out of the appliance.
- Never move the appliance during use. Hot liquid may spill out of the appliance.
Choking hazard due to plastic packaging:
- Never let children play with the packaging material. Always keep the packaging material out of the reach of children.
Snagging hazard due to moving parts:
- Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power source before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
CAUTION
Burning hazard due to heat:
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Never touch the hot surfaces during or shortly after use. The hot surfaces may be subject to residual heat. Let the appliance cool down completely before handling the appliance.
Tripping hazard due to loose cables:
- Never leave the power cable hanging out in a way that someone might trip over it or accidentally pull it.
NOTICE
Risk of damaging the appliance:
• The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
- Never use aggressive chemical cleaning agents that can damage the appliance when cleaning the appliance.
- Never fill the pan above the maximum capacity marking to prevent overflowing.
• Never place the appliance in a dishwasher.
- Never place the appliance near the edge of a countertop during use. Vibrations may occur during use which may cause the appliance to move. Always place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat, and moisture resistant surface.
- Never use metal utensils to remove food from the pan. Metal utensils may damage the non-stick coating.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging material.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and level surface, do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
- Insert power cable into the earthed power socket
- When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only temporary and will disappear soon.
USE
- Put the main plug in an earthed wall socket.
- Place the food inside the basket A ^3
• SlidethebasketA 3 intotheairfryer - Directly press the desired pre-set cooking program.
- Pressthetime/temperaturebuttonB 24 to switch between time or temperature selection.
- Press the - button B to decrease the value.
- Press the + button B to increase the value.
• After setting the time and temperature, press the start/pause button B _17 to start the cooking process. - Certain menu options include a preheat function. The display A2 will show "PRE" until preheating is complete. Once preheating is complete, the airfryer will beep twice and the display A2 will show "ADD".
- When the desired program finishes, the airfryer will beep twice.
- Check if the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply slide the basket back into the appliance and set the timer to a few extra minutes.
- To remove small ingredients, like French fries, carefully pour them from the pot into a bowl or onto a plate. For larger or more delicate ingredients, use a pair of tongs to lift them out of the pot and place them into a bowl or onto a plate.
- During the cooking process, you can adjust the time and temperature settings.
- Do not turn the outer pot upside down while the aifryer rack is still in the basket, as any excess oil collected at the bottom of the basket may spill onto the ingredients.
Turning off the buzzer sound
- When pressing any key, the buzzer will sound. Hold both the Preheat button B16 and the Reservation keyB 18 to turn off the buzzer sound.
• To turn the buzzer sound back on, press the same keys again.
Shaking
- Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the preparation time. To shake the ingredients, pull the basketA 3 out of the appliance by the handle4 A and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
Reservation key
- With the reservation key B18 you can reserve a setting. By default this is 2 hours, meaning if you reserve this setting now, the airfryer will automatically start the selected program in 2 hours' time.
- You can adjust the reserved time by one hour increments, with a maximum of 24 hours.

When selecting the Defrost function B19 or Reheat/keep warm function B20, you can adjust the time and temperature based on your preferences.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug the power cable when the appliance is not in use or unattended, and before cleaning.
- Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- If dirt is stuck to the basket or the bottom of the basket, put the frying rack in the basket and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a towel.
STORAGE
Store the appliance in a dry and enclosed space.
