Height adjustment instructions

1. Coarse adjustment: The user confirms the installation position, the distance between the ceiling and the ground, and adapts by increasing or decreasing the number of A poles.
2. By adjusting the length of the C rod inserted into the B rod, ensure the spring compression is approximately 50-80mm.

Rotate the C-rod in the direction shown in the diagram to loosen it, adjust to the appropriate length, and then rotate it in the opposite direction to tighten the C-rod.
