How to install the Vevor ZY-39X4-5 metal edging?

Start by drawing a line on the ground and removing obstacles. Use a spade to dig a trench if necessary. Insert the panels end to end by interlocking the tabs and secure them with a screwdriver. Drive each panel into the ground using a hammer and a wooden block to avoid damaging them.

Can the edging be bent to follow a curve?

Yes, the galvanized steel is flexible enough to be bent by hand or using a workbench. You can form angles up to 90° or gentle curves. Avoid bending sharply to prevent cracking the galvanization layer.

Do I need to cut the panels to length?

It is not recommended to cut the panels with sharp tools as this may create dangerous edges. The panels are designed to interlock and can be bent without cutting. If cutting is necessary, use an angle grinder and wear protective equipment.

What is the actual color of the product?

The ZY-39X4-5 model is available in three colors: black, gray, and brown. The finish is matte and weather-resistant thanks to the galvanized treatment. Please verify the color when ordering as the screen may alter perception.

Does the edging rust over time?

Galvanized steel is treated to resist corrosion. However, prolonged exposure to moisture or scratches may cause superficial oxidation. Regular cleaning and application of rust preventive can extend its lifespan.

How many panels are needed for a standard project?

Each lot contains 5 panels of 99 cm long, for a total linear coverage of about 5 meters. For a longer project, order multiple lots and easily interlock them.

What tools are supplied with the edging?

The product comes with a pair of work gloves. Other tools (spade, hammer, wooden block, screwdriver) are not included and must be provided by the user.

Can I use this edging on a sloped ground?

Yes, the flexible edging adapts to uneven terrain. Bend each panel to follow the slope and drive it deep enough to ensure good stability. Loose soil may require additional compaction.

How to maintain the metal edging?

Clean the panels with clear water and a soft cloth to remove dirt. Avoid abrasive products that could scratch the galvanization. Dry them after rain to prevent water stains.

Is there a warranty on this product?

5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of sa supporting the Wooden Hall Tree.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unw and separate all parts in a clean work area.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 Prepare a line for the edging to follow and remove any obstructions. If ground is stony, loosen with pickaxe.

NOTE: Do not cut with anything as it can cause injury.

STEP 3

1. Insert two pieces of the metal edge together;2. Link the metal edge and use a screwdriver to push the tongue front panel through the hole in the rear panel nomorè ;than 453. Finally, flatten the tongue.

STEP 4 Insert the connected metal edges into the ground and s with a hammer.
