Before the first use:
Remove all packaging, and clean the appliance and the plate thoroughly with a damp cloth.
Place the refractory stone inside the oven. Plug in the appliance and turn it on by turning the timer knob to the 20-minute position and the power knob to the 200^ C position.
To turn off the appliance, set both knobs to the 0 position.
Using the Appliance
Open the lid using the handle and place the pizza on the refractory stone. Close the lid with the handle and turn the power and timer knobs to the desired cooking time.
Set the temperature knob to the desired level. On average, it takes 4 to 7 minutes to cook a pizza, depending on its thickness.
You can open the lid to check the progress, but this will cause a loss of heat and may slightly extend the cooking time. When cooking time is up, open the lid and remove the pizza using the wooden peels. Then switch off and unplug the appliance.
Note: Foods containing grease or oil should not come into contact with the stone. Discoloration of the stone due to cooking or flour residues may appear over time, but this does not affect the stone's baking performance.
Do not leave the appliance running empty for more than 30 minutes.
Cleaning and storage
After each use, allow the product to cool down completely. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaners on the cooking surface. Do not use acidic products such as vinegar to clean the stone plate.
Cleaning
Perform a "heat cleaning" by heating the pizza oven for about 15 minutes after each use. This will help eliminate some food residues.
Outer Surface
Wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth. Never use oven cleaner.
Refractory Cooking stone
Residue on the refractory stone can be wiped off with a damp cloth. If residue persists, soak the stone in water.
