INSTRUCTIONS

◎Long service life: under the working temperature of 70 °C and the working pressure of 1.0MPa, the long-term continuous service life is n than 50 years; the normal temperature 20c service life is more than years;

◎The crosslinking degree is stable and even: the crosslinking degree stable, the inner and outer diameters of the pipes are unified, and th thickness is even in the longitudinal and transverse directions;

◎High strength pressure resistance: it can withstand 85 ° water temperature for a long time, because it contains seamless laser butt welding and aluminum layer of lap welding process, it can withstand pressure range;

◎Good thermal conductivity: the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.45w/mk, 1.5 \~ 2 times of the coefficient of cross-linked polyethylene which is more conducive to the heat transfer between the pipe and the heating system has higher thermal efficiency;

◎Installation is faster as bending without rebound : with the character

of easy bending non-respringback, laying coil in construction, pipe positioning and fixing are very easy, work efficiency can be greatly improved;

◎ The coefficient of thermal expansion is small: the coefficient of the expansion is 2.5 × 10^-5 m/mk, to avoid large expansion or contraction caused by ground rupture or pipe system damage;

◎The safety of oxygen protection system: the aluminum tube in the layer can completely isolate the oxygen permeation, prevent the oxidat corrosion of the corrosion-prone components, and ensure the normal operation and service life of the system for a long time;

◎ Smooth inner wall of pipe without scaling: streamlined design, low fl resistance, low flow noise, reduce scaling to avoid blockage;

◎Good heat resistance: Vicat softening point is 131.5°C, the maximum working temperature up to 95°C, fully meet the building water supply drainage code in the use of hot water system requirements;

◎Don't damage on cold temperature: in winter-40°C low temperature conditions can be normal construction, easy to bend without damage, melt and mechanical connection is convenient and simple;

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Easy Installation

The aluminum-plastic pipe can be cut with a special pipe cutter or o cutting tools, without the need for a wire, and can be bent without rebounding. The pipe bending operation is simple and the pipeline connection is convenient.
