How to install the Vevor TL-100BG projection screen?

Follow the assembly steps in the manual: attach the vertical poles to the feet using the provided bolts, then insert the horizontal poles into the fabric pockets and secure them with the metal connectors. Use the Velcro to adjust the fabric. Assembly requires at least two people.

What is the size of the TL-100BG screen?

The screen measures 100 inches diagonally in 16:9 format. The product dimensions are 2216 x 400 x 1930 mm (L x D x H).

Can I use the screen without mounting it on the feet?

No, the screen is designed to be used with its floor stand. Do not use it suspended or without fixing, as this could cause damage or injury.

How to clean the projection screen?

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Never use chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cloths, as they could damage the screen surface.

Is the screen motorized?

No, the TL-100BG model is a manual screen. You must unfold the stand and tension the fabric manually. There is no motor or power supply.

What to do if the screen fabric is wrinkled?

Leave the screen deployed for a few hours in a dry environment. Slight wrinkles often disappear on their own. Do not iron the fabric or pull it forcefully.

ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Projection Screen.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.
9. The warranty will only be valid if you follow the instructions below carefully! Improper use and care may cause serious injury and/or damage!
10. Make sure the surface you have chosen for installing the screen is secure. Please read the following as any damage to the screen's surface will impact the image's quality: A. Do not touch the screen surface by hand. B. Do not write or draw on the screen surface. C. Do not poke the screen surface with finger or edge tools as it may cause scratches or tears.
11. Retract the screen after every use.
12. Do not pull two sides of the screen fabric by hands, do not fold the screen fabric.
13. To prevent unnecessary damage, the operation and maintenance of the screen should be done by adult.

Ignoring the safety warnings may lead to injuries or damaging the product.

Retract the screen after every use. Leave it hanging for a long period may cause screen fabric loose.

Avoid hanging anything on the screen as it may cause the screen to fall down.

The screen should be installed at secure place to avoid any accidents or the screen falling down.

Loose parts may cause the screen fall down.

USE PRECAUTIONS

TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:

1. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THIS ITEM.
2. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or item.
3. Use only on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of supporting a fully loaded Projection Screen.
4. Use as intended only.
5. Inspect before every use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
6. Clear out an area to assemble the screen. Make sure the area is larger than the size of the screen.
7. Remember that the assembly will require at least two people for some steps.
8. Do not assemble in areas with high temperature to avoid damage to the screen.
9. Read through this entire Assembly Guide before beginning.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1

Press the button snap, assemble the 4 sets of poles: top, bottom, and right.

STEP 2

Attach the vertical poles (LEFT & RIGHT) to the feet using the included bolts and screwdriver.

STEP 3

Slide the horizontal poles (TOP & BOTTOM) through the top and bottom pole pockets.

STEP 4

Attach the horizontal poles (TOP & BOTTOM) to the vertical poles (LEFT & RIGHT) using the metal connectors. Use the Velcro on the fabric to fix the vertical poles, making the screen tight and smooth.
