How to install the support feet?

Place the barrel on the ground, align the holes of the three feet with those of the barrel, insert the screws and tighten with a screwdriver.

How to install the honey valve?

Erect the barrel, unscrew the honey outlet connector, place the honey outlet on the outside of the barrel, then insert the plastic nut inside and tighten.

How many frames can I extract at once?

The DD-4/8 model can hold 2 to 4 frames, 3 frames or 4 to 8 frames depending on the configuration.

What is the size of compatible frames?

Large frames measure 415 mm × 200 mm, small frames 415 mm × 135 mm.

How to use the extractor?

Place the honey frames in the supports, close the lids, then turn the handle in the same direction to rotate the inner frame. Adjust the speed according to the amount of honey.

Loosen the valve screw, then lift the handle of the honey outlet connector to open and let the honey flow.

Check that the frames are placed symmetrically, tighten any loose screws, and fix the feet to the ground.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For your safety and the safety of others, the following precautions must be observed when operating the honey extractor:

ASSEMBLY AND USE

Step 1: Installation of Support Legs.

First, take out the three legs and place the barrel on the ground. Ne align the holes on the three legs with the corresponding three holes barrel, insert screws into the holes, and tighten them with a screwdriver

Step 2: Installation of the Honey Valve.

First, erect the barrel and unscrew the honey outlet connector. Then, the honey outlet at the corresponding outlet outside the barrel. Finally,

the plastic nut into the barrel, connect it with the honey outlet connne and tighten it.

Step 3: Installation of Honey Extractor Lid.

Assemble the two lids with screws.

Step 4: Put the beehive frames of different sizes with honey into the corresponding frames in the barrel.

Step 5 : Cover the two lids separately at the mouth of the barrel.

Step 6: Rotating honey extractor.

Hold the handle with your hand and shake it in the same direction to rotate the inner frame.

Step 7: Take out the honey.

First, loosen the screw. Then hold the handle of the honey outlet connector, lift it to open the honey outlet, and let the honey flow out.

CLEAN,CARE AND STORAGE RULES

Care and cleaning :

The honey extractor shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried before use. Especially the one that has not been used for a long time, shall be disassembled and cleaned. Otherwise, the honey stains and other impurities left in the honey shaker will pollute the honey. After using the honey extractor, clean the inner and outer walls of the barrel and its stainless steel frame. And dry them with a clean and dry cloth, use a hair dryer, or let them air dry to keep them clean to prepare for the next use.

Storage :

Please store it out of the reach of children; After using the honey extractor, place it in a cool place and cover it with a large cloth to prevent dust from entering.
