Remove the three legs and place the barrel on the ground. Align the holes of the legs with those of the barrel, insert the screws and tighten with a screwdriver.

Unscrew the outlet connector, place the outlet on the outside of the barrel, insert the plastic nut on the inside and tighten.

What is the maximum capacity of the extractor?

How to use the honey extractor?

Place the honey frames in the supports, close the lid, then turn the handle in the same direction to rotate the internal basket and extract the honey by centrifugal force.

Loosen the valve screw, lift the handle of the outlet connector to open and let the honey flow.

What to do if the extractor starts shaking abnormally?

Check that the frames are placed symmetrically and that the legs are firmly fixed to the ground. Tighten the screws if necessary.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY AND USE

Step 1: Installation of Support Legs.

First, take out the three legs and place the barrel on the ground. Now align the holes on the three legs with the corresponding three holes on the barrel, insert screws into the holes, and tighten them with a screwdriver.

Step 2: Installation of the Honey Valve.

First, erect the barrel and unscrew the honey outlet connector. Then, place the honey outlet at the corresponding outlet outside the barrel. Finally,

insert the plastic nut into the barrel, connect it with the honey outlet connector, and tighten it.

Step 3: Installation of Honey Extractor Lid.

Assemble the two lids with screws.

Step 4: Put the beehive frames of different sizes with honey into the corresponding frames in the barrel.

Step 5: Cover the two lids separately at the mouth of the barrel.

Step 6: Rotating honey extractor.

Hold the handle with your hand and shake it in the same direction to rotate the inner frame.

Step 7: Take out the honey.

First, loosen the screw. Then hold the handle of the honey outlet connector, lift it to open the honey outlet, and let the honey flow out.

CLEAN, CARE AND STORAGE RULES

Care and cleaning:

The honey extractor shall be thoroughly cleaned and dried before use. Especially the one that has not been used for a long time, shall be disassembled and cleaned. Otherwise, the honey stains and other impurities left in the honey shaker will pollute the honey. After using the honey extractor, clean the inner and outer walls of the barrel and its stainless steel frame. And dry them with a clean and dry cloth, use a hair dryer, or let them air dry to keep them clean to prepare for the next use.

Storage:

Please store it out of the reach of children;

After using the honey extractor, place it in a cool place and cover it with a large cloth to prevent dust from entering.
