PRECAUTIONS (SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS)

This instruction manual describes the operation of the brake maintenance device. The risk-free operation of this equipment can only be ensured if you read the operating instructions and safety instructions completely and follow the instructions contained therein.

Please use and handle the brake maintenance device in a professional manner that complies with safety specifications. Only trained personnel are allowed to change the brake fluid.

For Your Safety

Work performed incorrectly can lead to injury or property damage!

1. Operator must have basic structure and theoretical knowledge of automobile braking system.
2. Only applicable to bleed DOT fluid in automobile brake system and clutch system. Any other kind of use beyond the scope shall be deemed as not used as required, which may cause equipment failure and must be prohibited. In case of incorrect application, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage caused. The risks arising therefrom shall only be borne by the operator.
3. For safety reason, the working pressure shall NOT exceed 3 bar, otherwise vehicle brake pipeline and the pipeline of the equipment itself may be damaged
4. Brake fluids are toxic and can lead to serious injury!
5. Avoid all contact with brake fluid.
6. Wear safety goggles to minimize the risk of injury from splashing.
7. Wear suitable, protective gloves to minimize the risk of injury caused by skin contact.
8. In case of skin contact with brake fluid, wash off immediately with water.
9. Remove contaminated clothing.

Do not carry any rags or anything else that has been in contact with brake fluid on your clothes.

Product operation process.

Step 1: Tightly connect the auxiliary pipe and connect the air pump.

Step 1

Step 2: Insert the other end of the auxiliary pipe into the bottom of the brake fluid tank. This ensures that the old liquid is completely extracted.

Step 3: Open the valve and extract the old brake fluid.

Step 3

Step 4: Add new brake fluid. Pour new brake fluid into a 1L container, open the valve, and add it to the vehicle's brake fluid tank.

Step 4

Step 5: Tightly connect the supervisor adapter to the brake cylinder drain screw, and note that the vacuum state must be maintained during the process. Therefore, it is recommended to tighten the oil drain screw first and then loosen it, and then open the valve to start working. After the pumping work is completed, tighten the drain screw first, and then remove the main pipe adapter. This ensures vacuum operation.
