Operation safety

- Do not use it if you are pregnant
- Please install strictly according to the instructions
- To ensure user safety, please check whether all screws and other connecting parts on the device are intact before each use
- Incorrect or excessive intensity exercise is not good for health. It is recommended to consult a docto rbefore exercising
- It is best to wear sportswear and sports shoes when exercising
- If you feel dizziness, vomiting or other adverse symptoms during exercise, you should stop training immediately.
● Children and disabled people can only use it under the supervision
relevant personnel.
- This machine is designed to adjust the intensity of exercise by adjusting the height, which can beadjusted back and forth from low high.
● The user's weight cannot exceed 440lbs
● Note that all screws and nuts must be tightened before

- Beginners are recommended to start with less reps, 5 reps as 1 set example and add reps as goes.
- Please do not exercise half an hour before /after meals or 1 hour sleep

Assembly
Step 1:
- Attach the the (3)Front support post to the the holes shown in Fi aligning the holes. Insert the (11)Button Head Socket Cap Screws M10*85*15 and then attach (15)Flat Washers 10 and (19)Jam Nut to the Button Head Socket Cap Screws M10*85*15. Tighten them with a Wrench. Finally, insert the
(14) Bolt Ring pins into the holes shown in the sectional view of Fig

First, loosen and remove the two wheel bolts under the (2)Slide S then install it on the (1)Main Frame, insert the bolts as shown in Fig tighten them with the a Wrench.
-
Attach the (5)Stabilizer, (17)Arc washer and the (18)High Crown Ca Nuts to the (4)Retractable Frame by aligning the holes. Insert 2 (10) Carriage Bolts M8*50*15 and then tighten the them with a Wrench. The install the Rear Stabilizer on the (1)Main Frame in the same way an tighten the screws with a wrench

Insert the (4) Retractable Frame into the (3) Front Support Post, then insert the (14) Bolt Ring to secure.

Step 2:
Attach the (6)Foam Holder, the (16)Flat Washers 8 to the Slide Sea aligning the holes. Insert the (13)Button Head Socket Cap Screws M8 and then Tighten the them with a Wrench shown in Figure III

Step 3
- Attach the (7)Handrail, the (17)Arc washer to the (1)Main Frame b aligning the holes. Insert the (12)Button Head Socket Cap Screws M8*40*15 and then Tighten the them with a Wrench shown in Figure 2. Snap the (9)Monitor rear slot location into the Handrail iron piece secure it as shown in Figure V. Finally, connect the (1)Main Frame : wire to the Monitor wire.

Insert the (8)Handrail Foam Tube into the round tube shown in Fi then secure the (8)Handrail Foam Tube marbles by exposing them from the inserted tube.

To reset the counter, press a hold the RESET button for 3 seconds.

Count: After pressing the red (gray) button key for 3 seconds, the movement starts to count

Time: Press the red (gray) button until the pointer is fixed to TIM start the movement time

Calorie: Press the red (gray) button until the pointer is fixed to the moving, showing the burning calories.

STRIDES / min: Press the red (gray) button until the pointer is fixed. STEP / MIN to show the number of movements per minute

SCAN:Cyops show counts, times, calories
Tips:
A. With no signal for 4-5 minutes, the LCD screen will be turned off
B: If the display does not appear, replace the battery.
