Operation safety

WARNING:

Please read all instructions before using this product It is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that all users product are fully aware of all warnings and precautions.

• Do not use it if you are pregnant
• Please install strictly according to the instructions
• To ensure user safety, please check whether all screws and connecting parts on the device are intact before each use
• Incorrect or excessive intensity exercise is not good for health recommended to consult a docto rbefore exercising
• It is best to wearswear and sports shoes when exercising
• If you feel dizziness, vomiting or other adverse symptoms during exercise, you should stop training immediately.
  ● Children and disabled people can only use it under the super relevant personnel.
  ● Note that all screws and nuts must be tightened before
• Please do not exercise half an hour before /after meals or before sleep
• Please make exercise plans
  ● The user's weight cannot exceed 440lbs

ASSEMBLE CAUTION

Before beginning assembly, carefully read the following information instructions:

● Assembly requires two people.
- Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing n not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is comple
- Tighten all parts as you assemble them, unless instructed to otherwise.

- As you assemble the weight system, make sure all parts are oriented as shown in the drawings.

The following tools (not included) are required for assembly:

● Two adjustable wrenches
One rubber mallet
● One standard screwdriver
● One Phillips screwdriver
● Lubricant, such as grease or petroleum jelly, and soapy water.

Assembly will be more convenient if you have asocket set, a set of open-end or closed-endwrenches, or a set of ratchet wrenches.
