Note: If the buckle gets in the way of the legs when hanging down, wrap it around the leg and buckle it closed.

  1. To lock the legs in place and keep the wheel cart from moving, lever the wheels from side to side. Note: Only 2 of the wheels lock. To disassemble, follow the steps in reverse order.
