Frequently Asked Questions - XRJ3LX1 Vevor

How to start the XRJ3LX1 machine?
Make sure you have poured a suitable mixture (sugar ≥ 15%) into the bowl. Plug in the appliance, press the main switch, then press the SET button until 'SLS' is displayed to activate slush mode. Use + or - to adjust consistency.
What types of drinks can I prepare?
You can prepare slush (granita), margarita (with alcohol 10-45%), ice cream, or frozen drinks. The mixture must contain at least 15% sugar or 10% juice powder.
How to clean the machine after use?
Empty the bowl, disassemble the tap, bowl, and lid. Clean all parts with warm water and a mild disinfectant (e.g., 2% sodium hypochlorite). Rinse thoroughly and dry. For quick cleaning, use the CLEAN mode with water.
What to do if the machine displays 'LL'?
The code 'LL' indicates a temperature sensor problem: either an open connection (displays LL) or a short circuit (displays HH). Check the sensor connections and replace if necessary.
How to solve error code E1 or E2?
E1 means mains overvoltage, E2 undervoltage. Use a voltage stabilizer or modify the alarm parameters by holding SET for 3 seconds, then set the value to 0 with the consistency button.
Why is the machine not producing ice?
Check that the main switch is on and that SLS mode is activated. Make sure the condenser is clean and the machine is placed in a well-ventilated area. Adjust consistency with the + or - buttons.
How to maintain the condenser?
The condenser should be cleaned regularly by a professional. Remove the side panels and use a dry brush to remove dust. Never use water.
Can I use only water in the machine?
No, water alone is prohibited. The mixture must contain at least 15% sugar or an equivalent to avoid damaging the augers and motor.
How to replace the LED bulb?
Unplug the machine, open the small rear panel, remove the defective bulb and install a new LED bulb. Close the panel carefully.
What to do if the tap leaks?
Apply petroleum jelly (food grade grease) to the tap seal. If the leak persists, replace the sealing gasket. Also check that the tap is properly inserted.

9.1.5. The measured motor current is too high, the current channel generates an alarm and protects shutdown, the display code is "E Err".

  1. If the mixing shaft is blocked and shutdown protection is caused, the machine will automatically restart after 5 minutes.
  2. If the motor is broken and rotates very slowly or cannot rotate, you need to replace the motor.
  3. So change motor current alarm parameters and stop if no alarm is generated, and then check whether the motor is rotating.
