SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• During installation and use, be sure to wear protective gloves to prevent hair injuries.
• When using a box cutter or other sharp tools to remove packaging, be ex careful to avoid cutting yourself and those around you.
• Ensure that the vehicle is in a stable parked state during installation. Pull handbrake and use wheel chocks if necessary to prevent the vehicle from sli
• When tightening nuts and washers, pay attention to the appropriate force to avoid damaging parts or stripping threads due to excessive force.
• During installation and use, pay attention to the situation of the rear window, the roof falling off to prevent the window from being damaged. Before installing clean the relevant parts of the vehicle to remove dust, debris, etc., and ensure the installation surface is flat and clean to facilitate the close fit and stable installation of the product with the vehicle.
• Three-person operation is required. The three people should maintain good communication and cooperation during the operation process.
• This product is specifically used for the transportation and storage of Jeep and rooftops. When transporting the Jeep door, ensure that the door is proper fixed in the corresponding position of the product to avoid dangerous situations such as shaking and slipping during transportation.
• When using the product to store the Jeep roof, check whether the storage has sufficient space and whether there are any obstacles around to prevent roof or surrounding items from being damaged by collision during storage.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is specifically designed for 07 - 17 Jeep Wrangler and Unlimited used for carrying and storing doors and roofs. The main bracket and side by cooperate to form a stable support structure that can firmly hold the doors a roofs. The black foam and EVA foam effectively cushion and prevent scratch and damage to vehicle parts during carrying and storage. The combination of

wheels with brakes and without brakes facilitates flexible movement and precise positioning in different sites. The cap nuts and lock washers ensure the stability of the overall structure, providing Jeep owners with a convenient, safe and efficient solution for vehicle modification, repair, long-term part storage and other scenarios.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a box cutter ,carefully open the cardboard box along the corner.
2. Once the box is open,make sure all pieces and hardware are Present should have three separate pieces and a box that contains four casters at the adjoining four lock washers and four acorn nuts.

1. Remove the packaging carefully with the box cutter, being certain not to cut into the finish on The pieces.

1. Once removed, align your pieces in the appropriate order.

1. When aligning the pieces, ensure that the bracket pieces face upward so that you can choose which side affixes to the left and which side affixes to the right.

1. Line up the holes as shown, according to you vehicle's year. (Align the outside holes for Wranglers. Holes for JK 07 - 17)

1. Make all four casters aligned and inserted

1. Attach the lock washer and acorn nut to ea caster.

1. Attach the locking casters to the front end and the non - locking casters to the back end

1. Tighten each lock washer and acorn nut using a crescent wrench.

1. Once you have everything in place, you are finished with installation. Congratulations on your new product's completed installation. As shown below.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

• Regularly check whether the connections of each part are loose. If loose, it them in time with appropriate tools.
• Gently wipe the surface of the product with a damp cloth to remove dust stains and keep the appearance clean.
• Avoid using corrosive cleaners to prevent damage to the material of the pr
• When not in use for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated environ prevent parts from rusting, aging or deforming.
