Installation and operation procedures

1. The machine needs a dry and flat ground, and the machine is st placed on the floor without vibration to ensure good performance.

2. Before using the machine, please put some cooking oil into the tr evenly put the dough into the material tray, mix according to the prescription, and let the dough relax for a while.

3. Place the basin on the work platform and secure it. First press th

bar 2-3 times to compacting the dough and ensuring an even cut, the press down on the handle and press the guide bar to the bottom. F slowly release the guide bar with your hand to ensure that the tool raised to the original position and the job is completed.

Cleaning and maintenance process

1. Clean the machine after the day's work, take out the basin, unscr screws on both sides of the machine head (screw 1 and screw 2), rotate the machine head 90 degrees. Use a clean cloth to wipe the workbench and the tool holder.
2. If you need to clean all the tools one by one, unscrew all the s the tool holder (10 /40 in total), and then remove all the plastic pres plates for cleaning.
3. Do not put hard materials into the basin, can not take out the base unless the machine stops working, otherwise it will damage the machine.
4. Regularly clean the head, dust, etc. Keep the head lubricated before using a new machine or not using it for a long time.
