SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Warning - To reduce the risk of injury, user must read instructions manual carefully.

1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.

1. Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.

3. Do not exceed rated capacity.

4. Use only on hard level surface, generally used on outdoor. Do not smooth ground to avoid slipping.

1. Another person, standing clear from vehicle path, should observe and guide the vehicle operator when ascending and descending the ramps.

11. Never accelerate or apply brakes suddenly. Proceed slowly and cautiously. Once the vehicle reaches the top of the ramps, apply brakes only to prevent over travel.

1. Place the vehicle in neutral. Release brakes, vehicle should not move. Set emergency brake. Place vehicle in park (or in reverse gear for no transmission). Chock wheels on the ground.

13. Be sure that the tires are properly positioned on the ramp's support platform. Using caution in positioning your body clear of danger, shake vehicle sideways and endways to be sure that vehicle and ramps are

stable. Check that ramps have not become damaged or bent during loading.

14. No alterations shall be made to this product.

15. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during use.

1. 16. Clean Ramps. Prior to each use, clean dirt, oil, or any debris off the ramps.

17. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item. All persons not involved in the loading process must stand clear of the loading ramps. Keep children away. Children must not be allowed in the work area.

1. 18. Avoid working alone. If an accident happens, an assistant can bring help.
2. 19. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite injuries.

20. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Protective clothing and nonskid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.

1. 21. Keep proper footing and balance when loading or unloading.
2. 22. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, use common sense. Do not operate any ramp when you are tired.
3. 23. Do not use ramp if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not use the ramp.
