How to use the TKS-4 hydraulic pressure test kit?

Install the appropriate pressure connector on the system test point. Tighten with a wrench. Connect the test hose to the corresponding pressure gauge. Unscrew the dust cap of the test connector and attach the other end of the hose. After measurement, first unscrew the hose at the connector side, replace the cap, then unscrew the hose at the gauge side. Refer to the manual for details.

When unpacking, check the parts diagram and part list to make sure all parts are included. If any parts are missing or damaged, please call your distributor.

OPERATION

Use and maintenance of pressure measuring devices

1) In use, pressure connectors should be installed at the test site of the pre-measurement system. The connecting thread of the pressure measuring connector should match the thread of the pressure measuring hose. (Use a wrench to tighten the hydraulic gauge and pressure test hose and test connector.) 2) The pressure device can also measure when the hydraulic system is running, but the user should confirm that the pressure point of the pressure gauge is in this range. 3) The pressure device should be placed flat, and the distance between the pressure measuring point and the pressure device should not exceed 85% of the length of the hose. 4) When measuring pressure, the pressure measuring hose should be connected to the corresponding pressure gauge connector. Then, unscrew the dust cap and pressure measuring connector, and connect the other end of the pressure measuring hose to the pressure connector. Users can carry the pressure detection with them. 5) After measuring the pressure, first unscrew the pressure measuring hose connected to the pressure connector, screw on the dust cap, and then unscrew the pressure measuring hose connected to the corresponding pressure gauge connector.

6) After the test, wipe the oil off the pressure device and close the lid. 7) The equipment should be used and stored with caution, and the pressure should be checked after six months.
