SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For your safety and the safety of others, the following precautions must be observed when operating the chicken plucker machine:

1. Ensure the safety of the power supply: install the leakage switch on the grounding wire of the chicken, duck, and goose plucker. Before use, plug in the power supply and turn on the switch to check whether the rotary table operates normally.
2. Picking safety: To ensure user's safety, do not retrieve the bird unless the chicken plucker machine has come to a complete stop.

WARNING:

ASSEMBLY AND USE

Step 1: Check all accessories.

Step 2: Install the barrel.

First, place the barrel body above the chicken plucker machine disc. Then, rotate the barrel body to align the red arrow on the barrel body with the red arrow on the disc. Finally, lock the buckle.

Step 3: Installation of wheels.

Install the wheel on the leg and tighten the screws.

Step 4: Installation of leg with wheels.

First, directly correspond the serial number of the support leg with wheels to the serial number on the baseplate one by one. Then, insert the support leg with wheels into the corresponding baseplate slot, insert the screws, and tighten the nuts onto the screws with a wrench.

Step 5: Installation of the drain pipe.

First, hold both sides of the drain pipe mouth with two hands. Then, aim at the base drain mouth and insert it directly.

Step 6: Installation of handle.

First, put the screws into the holes at both ends of the handle. Then, insert the screws on the handle into the two screw holes at the barrel mouth. Finally, lock the screws with nuts inside the barrel and tighten them with a screwdriver.

Step 7: Connect the plug to the power supply and turn on the machine.

Step 8: The knife edge should be as small as possible when the chicken is slaughtered. After slaughter, the chicken should be soaked in warm water (about 30°C) to make feathers wet. It is better to put some salt in warm water to avoid skin damage due to depilation.

Step 9: Heat the soaked chicken in hot water of about 70°C and stir with a wooden stick to make it heated evenly.

Step 10: Press the "1" switch key to start the machine. Put 1 to 4 hot chickens in the machine at a time.

Step 11: Water is added to the poultry while it is running. The feathers and dirt that fall off flow out with the water. The water can be recycled.

Step 12: After 2-3 minutes, remove the feathers and take out the chicken. Connect the high-pressure nozzle with a water pipe. Spray and rinse off the poultry feathers.
