PRECAUTIONS:

! Be sure to read the following safety tips before use:

1. Installation safety:

- Avoid installation in bad weather such as strong wind, rain and snow; - Use special fixing tools (e.g. nylon ties, U-shaped nails) to prevent the netting from falling off and causing accidents.

1. Fire warning:

- HDPE material is flammable, keep away from fire and high temperature heat sources (such as welding sparks, open flame); - Prohibit fireworks near the netting.

1. load restrictions:

- Do not hang heavy objects or climb, so as not to tear the netting; - When the snow is too thick, it needs to be cleaned in time to prevent overloading and breaking.

1. Children's safety:

- The edge of the netting needs to be fixed firmly to avoid children pulling and entangling, resulting in danger.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

HDPE shade netting is woven with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, featuring strong weather resistance, UV resistance, high shading rate, lightweight and durable, etc. It is widely used in:

• Agricultural cultivation: greenhouse shading, greenhouse cooling;
• Construction site: dustproof enclosure, temporary sunshade;
• Outdoor sunshade: courtyard, balcony sun protection;
• Horticultural protection: plant frost prevention, wind and sand prevention.

HOW TO USE

Step1: According to the actual use of the scene to select the corresponding size of the product model and quantity.

--Measure the size according to the actual scene requirements, when selecting the mesh size is recommended to leave a margin of 5-10cm, easy to follow.

Step2: Fixing the mesh

--Elevation fixing: use nylon ties to tie the netting to the bracket or frame;

--Top hanging: telescopic adjustment by nylon rope or elastic ball.

Step3: Check firmness

--Pull lightly on the mesh after installation to make sure there is no loosening or tilting.

MAINTENANCE METHOD

1. Daily cleaning:

-- Remove surface dust and debris with a soft-bristle brush or low-pressure water gun;

-- Stubborn stains can be wiped with neutral detergent, prohibit the use of strong acid/alkaline cleaners.

2. Long-term storage:

-- Fold neatly after disassembly and store in a cool and dry place;

-- Avoid co-storage with sharp objects to prevent scratches.

3. Periodic Inspection:

-- Check the fixed parts quarterly for corrosion and looseness and replace them in time;

-- Discovered local damage can be repaired with patch stitching of the same material or hot melt adhesive.
