How to install the Vevor PLCN0096 cargo net?

Open the tailgate, locate the anchor points, load the vehicle, stretch the net over the load, connect the straps to the net rings using the carabiners, then attach the hooks to the anchor points. Tighten the net with the multi-speed ratchet until it is securely fastened. Make sure the straps are not twisted.

What is the maximum load capacity of the PLCN0096?

The maximum load capacity is 1,500 lb (680 kg).

How to clean the cargo net?

Use a standard detergent and a sponge or broom to clean the surface. Rinse with clear water and air dry. Do not use abrasive products.

Can I use this net to secure a motorcycle?

Yes, if the motorcycle's weight does not exceed 680 kg and you use additional straps to stabilize the load. Make sure the anchor points are sturdy and the net is tightly secured.

Is the net UV resistant?

The net is made of polyester, which is moderately UV resistant. To extend its lifespan, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and store it in a dry place away from light.

WARNING!

Load Securing

Prevent tensioning your load over sharp surfaces. To avoid damage to web strapping place a rag between the sharp surface and the net to prevent rubbing or cutting of the mesh or straps.

Load Stability

A "Duty of Care" is required when loading a vehicle or trailer. You are not overload the vehicle. At all times, attempt to position the load to minimize any movement during transport.

Inspection

Regular inspection of your net for possible tears in either the mesh or strapping. If your net is compromised it may fail to work as effectively the designed specifications.

Early Detection

Before tensioning pull straps, make sure the net and the straps are twisted.

Inspect hooks to make sure they are not bent or damaged.

NEVER allow the force exerted against the netting to exceed the capacity.

Remark: model PPCN0096R doesn't have hooks and carabiners.

INSTALLATION

Step 1: Open your truck or trailer gate and locate the cargo anchor. Load the truck or trailer with your cargo. Arrange the cargo so the exerted against the netting will never exceed its rated capacity. Keep tiedown locations accessible.

Warning: Use additional ratchet straps to secure your load before placing the net over your load.

Step 2: Stretch the cargo net out to its fullest extent on the ground placing it over your load.
Step 3: Connect the rings on the end of the straps to the rings on corners or sides of the net with carabiners. Connect the hooks on the bottom of the straps to the truck's cargo anchor points. (NOTE: Refer to your purchase for specific hook types.)

Step 4: Press down the multi-gear ratchet and pull the strap until the net is tightly secured. (NOTE: Ensure the strap is not twisted.)

For model PPCN0096R:

1. Connect the hooks on the bottom of the straps to the truck's cargo anchor points.
2. Refer to "Step 4" to tighten the network.

MAINTENANCE

1. Cargo Nets will last longer if cleaned regularly. Simply apply a sta detergent and either sponge or broom across the surface area.
2. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight as inaccessible to children.
