SET THE BRIDGE

A violin bridge is a small piece of wood. The bottom of the bridge is usual straight line, while the top is arched slightly. When you're examining your b you'll notice one side of the arch is slightly higher than the other. The lower the E-string side, and the taller side is the G-string side. When you put bridge in place, make sure the e-string comes over the e-string side, and the g-string comes over the g-string side. If you don't know which strings are wh when the violin's head is facing your body, the G-string will be the string fa the left. The E-string will be the string farthest to the right.

Place the bridge between the F-holes.

The F-holes are two f-shaped hole: found near the string, make sure it's between the two F-holes should be placed at roughly the midway point.

Put the violin strings in the knobs of the brie The violin bridge has four small knobs running a the top.

The four violin strings fit into these knobs, keep the bridge and the strings in place. Gently feed one string at a time into the knobs on the bridge.

Tighten the strings.

Now you can retighten your strings to keep the place. Gently tum each peg on the head of the \ It's a good idea to use one hand to hold the b place while tightening the strings. To prevent it fi falling over. Tighten the strings until they are sec enough to keep the bridge in place while still ha very slight amount of sack.

*Check to the bridge is in the center of the violin and make sure the f-holes.

*Bridges often fall out of place during first tuning. To prevent this from happening, make sure you hold your bridge in place with ole hand whe tuning.

Check the Peg, make sure the peg is not too loose or too tight.

Take the peg and push it back into its proper the peg box. Rotate the peg in a circle to spin compound around the edges of the hole, which make it easier to spin and adjust your tuning p

Pluck a note on the "A"string.

Use your fingers to pick at the string, striking a note. The tuner dial will move up and down to you where the note is. Make sure the note say the corner when you pluck the string. If it does you'll need to make a lot of adjustments.

Loosen A Loosen D E Tighten G Tighten

Turn the pegs to make larger adjustments.

Find the corresponding peg for the string. For t string, it's the one that's at the top right if you holding the violin facing you with the pegs a th top.Move clockwise to make it higher or counter clockwise to make the note lower. Make small less than a 0.25inches (0.64 cm) at a times to the pitch.

The strings are typically tuned to G-D-A-E from left to right pushing the in securely while turning the peg firmly.

ATTACH THE SHOULDER REST

Hold the violin between your legs.

Take your violin with both hands and place it by your legs. With the back facing you and the so pointing to the floor. The body of the violin will pointing toward the ceiling.

Your legs should fit nicely in the rib area of the Squeeze your legs ever so slightly to hold the place.

Attach the feet of the shoulder rest to the violin. Take the shoulder rest. wider part onto the same side as the chin rest as mentioned above.

Adjust the placement of the feet of the shou rest.

Adjust it by sliding the feet to an angle that fits shoulder. Make sure it is secure.

If your shoulders are narrow, move the feet clo the end pin. If you have wider shoulders place shoulder rest further away from the end pin, in middle of the lower body of the violin.

ROSIN YOUR BOW

Grab your rosin block and scratch it to bring powder to the top.

Scratch the rosin by using the screw of the boll nail file on the surface of the rosin

Tighten your bow and start putting rosin on the hair. Tighten the bow until you see the middle p the bow is slightly curved, like a smile. Otherwise You will deter mind that the violin bow is over-tightened when the wood has lost its curve middle part of the bow and went completely stra

Run the bow along the rosin from the tip down frog(the part you hold with your hand), and then stroke it back again. Grasp the bow gently and down just hard enough that the bow hairs produce some dust and feel the bow gripping and no loa slipping.

CAR AND MAINTENANCE OF A VIOLIN

Store a violin: As a rule, the safest place to keep a violin is in its violin. The temperature of the room should be constant and the humidity moderate. During the heating season it may be advisable to use a humidifier to prevent damage to the gluing or, even worse, cracks in the wood.

A violin should be kept in a place free of drafts and away from direct su Make sure that the violin case is neither"in the way"where it can get knocke in passing,nor kept on a shelf or in a closet where it can fall down when are retrieved.

When placing the violin in its violin case, make sure that no sharp or point objects can damage the varnish.

Clean a violin: Rosin dust can damage the instrument varnish if it is not away after each playing session. And should always be wiped off the strings fingerboard as well. For this purpose, it is best to use a soft cloth, Avoid the same cloth to clean the rest of the body, as any rough flakes of rosin that sticking to the cloth could scratch the varnish, and a fine layer of rosin dust the cloth would be distributed all over the instrument, eventually dulling the varnish.

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS

1. While using a brand new strings, as the tensile changes, the sound may be unstable, such as the tone decreases, and sounds decentralized, keep the string tension and playing, that will trend to normal and stable after being adapted one week.
2. Please play more your own violin, that will helpful for the vibration of the plate and it will make sounds quality tum better with increase of playing tine
3. The violin sound post could fall during back great fluctuations of humidity, and back swell when it is warm and humid and the sound post simply be too loose and falls. Please take the instrument to your repair person.

Loose strings after violin tuning can be caused by several reasons:

Analysis of causes

- Loose string shaft:

- String spindle lubrication: The spindle of a new violin or string may slide it because it is well lubricated, leading to loose strings after tuning.

- Shaft Wear: If the shaft is worn out, it can also lead to loose strings after

- String problems:

- New strings: New strings need time to stretch and stabilise when first used may come loose soon after tuning.

- Aging Strings: Strings that have been used for a long time will gradually lose their elasticity, resulting in loose strings after tuning.

- Bridge and tailpiece problems:

- Improper bridge position: Incorrect bridge position or poor contact between t bridge foot and the body will affect the string tension, resulting in loose strin tuning.

- Temperature and humidity changes:

- Temperature changes: An increase in temperature will cause the strings to and the tension to drop, resulting in loose strings after tuning.

- Changes in humidity: Increased humidity will cause the body and strings to absorb water, resulting in decreased string tension and loose strings after tun

Solutions

- Check the string axle:

- Replace the string spindle: If the string spindle is badly worn, consider rep with a new one.

- Apply string glue: Apply an appropriate amount of string glue to the string to increase friction and prevent the string spindle from slipping.

- Replace the strings:

- Use high quality strings: Choosing good quality strings will reduce the chan loose strings after tuning.

- Adjusting to new strings: New strings need some time to stretch and stabilize the strings a few times to get used to them.

- Adjust the bridge and tailpiece:

• Adjust the bridge position: Make sure the bridge is correctly positioned and bridge feet are in close contact with the body.
• Check the tailpiece: Make sure the tailpiece is firmly installed and not loos
• Control environmental conditions:
• Maintain constant temperature and humidity: Try to store your violin in an environment where the temperature and humidity are relatively constant, avoiding drastic changes in temperature and humidity.
• Use moisture-proofing agents: Place moisture-proofing agents in the case to keep the inside of the case dry.
  By using the above methods, you can effectively reduce the looseness of vic strings after tuning, and maintain the stability and intonation of violin strings.
