How to use the Vevor M-112 bain-marie?
Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface. Fill the tank with water between the MIN and MAX marks. Plug in the appliance and set the desired temperature using the rotary dial. The indicator light turns on; it turns off when the temperature is reached. Place your containers in the water. Turn off after use.
What is the temperature range of the bain-marie?
The temperature range is 0°C to 80°C. Turn the dial to 0 to turn off the appliance.
What should I do if the appliance does not heat?
Check that the appliance is turned on and the temperature is not set to minimum. If the indicator light is on but no heat is coming, the temperature controller or heating element may be defective. Contact the supplier.
Can I leave the appliance unattended?
No, it is not recommended to leave the appliance unattended during operation. Monitor the water level and turn it off after use. The appliance remains hot for a while after turning off.
How to clean the bain-marie?
Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Clean the housing and tank with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Never use abrasive products or hard sponges. Never immerse the appliance in water. Stainless steel pans are dishwasher safe.
What if the indicator light does not come on?

How to avoid burns during use?
Always use protective gloves or utensils to handle hot containers. Beware of steam when opening the lid. Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
Why does the appliance suddenly turn off?
This is likely due to activation of the thermal safety switch in case of water shortage in the tank. Check the water level and fill between the MIN and MAX marks. Let it cool down before restarting.
Can I use plastic containers?
Yes, provided they are heat resistant up to 80°C. Check the container manufacturer's instructions. Never place unsuitable containers directly in hot water.
How to store the appliance when not in use?
Clean and dry the appliance thoroughly. Coil the power cord. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from dust and out of reach of children.
